The Sacred Games (Octane X Wattson)

The first game

Revenant was the first to throw a punch, hitting Loba in the chest and delivering a few more well placed shots to her side and stomach. She fell to the ground and heaved, she had been winded, looking around desperately for help, she looked over at Makoa and he stood, but Revenant got to her first, grabbing her by the hair and throwing her, 'Okay brotha's let's stop fighting now and save it for the arena,' I heard Makoa say behind me, stepping forward and standing in front of Loba as me and Elliot helped Loba up, Elliot then tried flirting with her so I left them too it. Revenant sat back down and stayed quiet.

We were over the new King's Canyon again, and Wattson was jumpmaster, I gave her a smile and she looked me in the eye, 'I am currently at the top of my game.. Get It?' She stated to me and I burst out laughing, Ajay looked over at us, she overheard what Wattson said and was also laughing. Loba was just recovered and standind as far away from Revenant as possible, me and Wattson dropped in Artillery with another squad, it looked like it was Mirage and Crypto but I wasn't sure, the first thing I found was a level 2 body shield and a sentinel with a 4-8x scope. Wattson had an alternator and told me that the other squad was by me, I panicked and aimed my Sentinel towards them, I shot and downed the one of them, it was Mirage, who started trying to crawl into the building on top of the hangar. I rushed and grabbed a G7 that was on the inside of the building and rushed Crypto, he had his drone and tried to EMP me, I shot it out of the sky and shot him.

'Squad 3 are eliminated.'

I looked over at Wattson, who was running over and clapping softly at me, 'Good kills!' She stated, and I nodded, then pointed towards the jump tower, we went towards it and looked at our surroundings whilst going up, we saw Loba use her teleportation device but Revenant was nowhere in sight. 'Do you think they split up?' Wattson asked and I nodded, I went over towards where I had seen her teleport and landed, she stood there looking at me, 'The demonio is eliminated, he got downed and I refused to pick him up.' She said and I laughed, she raised her fists towards me and I looked at her, 'We doing this hand-to-hand? I like it,' I said and ran at her, stimmed and punched first, she got a few lucky hits in but I hit her a few more and she went down, she smiled and complimented my skill before admitting she had a self-revive, 'Ay, just do it and go, we will end up fighting again dont you worry.' I said and she did, we went the other way and we stopped in a house just outside Bunker. 'Why did you let her go?' Wattson said and I shrugged, 'I felt bad cause she got paired up with idioto, and I want her to actually redeem herself, you get me?' I stated and Wattson nodded, 'See, you work well in a team when your not doing your silly stunts,' she said and I laughed. We heard distant gun fire and decided to head towards it, looking over the crest downwards, towards Containment, we saw Gibraltar's bombardment landing. I took out my Sentinel and saw that Gibraltar's team was fighting Lifeline's squad, he was on his own as both Wraith and Path were downed, I looked at Lifeline and Bangalore was also down, it was a one versus one. 'We should Thrid Party.' I stated as I threw my launchpad and stimmed, running over to a lower place, I trained my sights on Gibraltar, I shot and hit him in the head and instantly eliminated his squad, then I shot at Lifeline with my G7, she downed me first and I saw Wattson running over, shooting at Lifeline with as much as she could.

I closed my eyes and felt a volume of shocks run through me, Wattson had taken Lifeline and rezzed me, the colour of shock and paranoia drained from her face as I shot up.

'Squad 1, 2 and 6 are eliminated,' The announcer blared and I looked at Wattson, just Loba and the victory was ours, I looked over towards Bunker and saw the door open, 'She is over by Bunker,' I said as we ran over there, Wattson was skeptical of rushing her but I was positive, we rushed in and didn't see her until Wattson got downed from behind, I looked back and got shot once, I dove behind cover and reloaded my gun, I dove out and stimmed, running and opening fire on Loba, hitting her just over 10 times. She went down and I ran over to Wattson, 'It's okay Senorita, I got you,' I revived her and the announcer blared, 'Wattson and Octane are your Apex Champions.' We hugged and celebrated, I went over to Loba and revived her using a respawn beacon and Revenant was respawned at the other one. We all boarded the dropship together as we all celebrated a great start to Season 5, the true start of Season 5.
