(Wattson's POV)

I knew he would be upset, but it was the right thing to do, I didn't want to hurt him, or any of them, but I had to help her, she needed my assistance. None of the others would, but I was determined to help, I had nothing against him but I would feel more comfortable if he was gone. He always threatened us, how was my chance to show the legends why I am a legend. By taking him out with her.

I needed to tell Octavio where I was going but I couldn't stand to see him hurt, or even worse, if he came with me and died..

(Octane's POV)

I sat in the corner, like the usual, Two weeks had gone by since she had gone, and I hadn't left my room since, Makoa always made me food but I would wait and get it from outside my door, Ajay and Anita constantly tried to check up on me but I didn't want them too, I didn't want to talk to them. I wanted her back, I wanted my Natalie back, but I knew I couldn't. My team had put up without me for a while, judging by the last Two tournaments turning into solo games, every legend for themselves. Elliot sat at my door from time to time and told me it wasn't the same without me in the arena, it made me more emotional, I just didn't have the guts to open that door. I started remembering me and Natalie's first match together..

'Squads are:
First; Bloodhound,Mirage and Gibraltar.
Second; Wattson,Octane and Bangalore
Third; Wraith, Pathfinder, Lifeline and Caustic.'

We jumped and landed at the Swamps, I instantly ran into the building in front of me, but didn't find a gun. I found a level 1 body shield and a level 3, I gave the level 3 to t he newbie. She thanked me in a very rich, french accent, we started leaving swamps and heading past Singhi labs, through to the mountain up by Hydro dam and Repulsor, I saw Gibraltar finishing Caustic, that was the first person to be eliminated. I slid past and grabbed the Wingman on the floor and Gibraltar looked after me, 'Come back here brotha, I dare ya!' He exclaimed loudly, and I looked back. 'I would, but your already dead!' I said as Bangalore snuck up behind him and shot him, I kept running and Mirage jumped down from above and chased me with an L-Star, 'For a fast guy, your pretty slow!' He exclaimed and I laughed, 'For a dumb guy, your perfect.' I said as I flipped off of the cliff and landed in the river below, he got a few lucky shots on me and my body shield was broken, I took out a stim and injected it, threw my jump pad and launched myself towards him, taking out my selfie stick and taking a photo at the exact moment Wattson placed her inteceptor and saved me from an Arc star. I kicked Mirage in the head a few times and landed, we jumped down and stood looting. At that same moment a pulse released from the Repulsor tower. 'That can't be good,' Wattson said, I knew it wasn't as apparently she was the games lead engineer's daughter. The tower started collapsing, 'Definitely not good!' She yelled as she started running and so did Bangalore as she exclaimed 'Boots up ladies!' I stood in marvel for a minute and then stimmed and ran, I blacked out.

I felt a violent shock go through me as Wattson revived me, I heard the announcement to evacuate and She helped me up, 'Thank you,' I said, looking into her eyes, I knew at that moment I had fallen for her. We had to evacuate, so we did so and on the way back I sat near her and talked to her, her voice reminded me of sweets and sugar. Her accent brought my true feelings out..

I woke up, in the corner. It was all a dream, the whole recollection of the memories we had was a dream. I sat up from the slouched position and noticed Ajay, stood in the corner, leant up against the wall. She looked at me, realising I had woken up, 'Ay Silva, your awake, come on, get up. We are taking you out for the day.' I sighed, and she looked at me with a shocked expression, 'Come on, we need ya to get up, shower and get ready.' I reluctantly got up from the corner and went to the bathroom, turning the shower on and getting undressed. I looked in the mirror and saw big, black bags under my eyes. I splashed water onto my face and woke myself up with a ice cold shower, then turning it to hot so i could wash.

Once I had got out, I threw on some half decent looking clothes, and walked out of my room. Elliot was first to greet me, he was sat next to my door as he was about to do his weekly update on what was going on, he jumped up and hugged me. 'Oh My God, you came out! I mean, I knew you would, couldn't resist my looks,' he winked and I laughed, we walked down the hall and everyone was gathered in the lounge area, except Loba, Revenant and of course.. Natalie.

We left, and walked down the street, they led the way as I didn't know where we were going nor what we were doing. I stayed silent as the rest of them talked, I didn't even have my mask and goggles on as I didn't care anymore. 'It's good to see you out of your room again Silva,' I heard Ajay say next to me, I nodded, staying silent and looking depressed. 'Come on, you can talk we know you can!' She said and Elliot turned around, 'Come on, we know she stole your heart but we know she didn't steal your voice.' He said and I stopped, dead in my tracks. He realised his mistake and attempted to come closer to me, 'Don't,' I said, in a more solemn tone that usual. 'I'm sorry man, I just-' He tried to apologise but I barged past him with my hands in my pockets, 'Nice one, Elliot.' Ajay and Renee both said, he looked extremely taken aback by my reaction but I ignored it.

We got to a restaurant and Makoa stopped, this was the last place we ate at after tournaments, 'Well brotha, it's ya favourite spot!' He said and I smiled slightly, then hit a realisation. 'Elliot told us it would cheer you up,' Anita chimed in and I turned to him, feeling extremely guilty, I tried to talk but no words fell out. 'Your welcome, bud.' He said and I just hugged him, I didn't know what else to do or say.

Once I let go, we walked into the restaurant and sat down, I sat next to Elliot on the end, I ordered my favourite meal in hopes to cheer myself up more, it was a nice gesture for Elliot to suggest bringing me here as he probably knew me nearly as good as Ajay and Natalie.

We ate and the others talked, I knocked Elliot and looked at him, 'can we talk.. outside?' I said and he nodded, we both got up and went outside. Once we had got outside I looked at him and smiled at him, 'thank you amigo, this has helped a lot,' I said and he just laughed. 'I know It has, I mean, it is your favourite food so.' He smiled at me and we went back in.

We finished up and I offered to pay but they all refused, so we split it completely between all of us, then started walking back. We talked between us and I started to feel happier, once we got in I grabbed a red bull and put vodka in it, most of us stayed awake and chatted, until I decided it was late and went into my room.

I put on my bed clothes, then looked at the photo that I had framed next to my bed, I had been posted a fan mail with the picture me and Natalie had taken with a fan, I decided to frame it a week ago. I sat on the end of my bed, and lay down, slowly shutting my eyes.

There she was, in my arms again, it was the last match we participated in together, we embraced at the end to celebrate, and held each other for a while. I miss her.. I miss my Natalie.
