Hero of the Wild: Izuku can dodge any physical attack so fast that time seems to slow down pretty much like links flurry rush. He can also release a power attack with any melee weapon at the cost of his stamina. He can also block any attack with his shield or parry it which will send it back to the sender twice the damage, basically full counter(I really like the move don't judge me). And finally, he can use any bow and while aiming the bow in the air, time slows down to bullet time. He can also shoot up to five arrows at a time with any bow.
Level up As Izuku gets older he will deal more damage with every weapon he wields and has more defense with the shield.
Blessing of the Champions Mipha's Grace: If Izuku dies he will be revived with more vitality Daruk's Protection: While wielding a shield, Izuku can summon a force field that protects him and parries any attack sent towards him for three times. Urbosa's Wrath: While powering up a power attack, a circle emerges from him and any thing in that circle will be struck by lightning, staggering or paralyzing them for three times. Revali's Gale: By crouching, Izuku can summon a gale which can lift him up with his paraglider for three times.

Runes: Stasis: Izuku can freeze anything or anyone in it's place for 15 seconds, final version is five minutes with ten second cooldown.
Magnesis: Izuku can pick up any metal object and move it wherever he pleases.
Cryonis: Izuku can create Ice pillars on horizontal or vertical bodies of water.
Remote Bomb: Izuku can summon either a square or spherical blue bomb or both and detonate them from a distance.
Zero-Cycle: Izuku can summon a motorcycle made from sheikah technology, it is very durable and responds to him and will despawn on certain surfaces, it can also ride on vertical and upside down surfaces. (Will get before the sports festival)
