Densi One-Shots

The New Thing

A/N: this one shot happens next/during the last scene with Callen talking to Joelle. It shows Densi first night together. No sexual content, only cuddling and a normal night, because the want to take this slowly.

After their talk, they went back to where Sam and his family were.

"Where's Callen?" Deeks asked.

Sam pointed to where his partner was, across the skating ring, talking to Joelle.

"You would know if you two weren't busy over there." He added.

Both Kensi and Deeks blushed.

'We were seen, weren't we?' She thougt.

"We are going to skate a little bit more." Deeks said, pulling her closer and to the ring with his arm around the small of her back.

They slowly slid on the ice in that same position, she resting her head on his shoulder.

When they saw Callen and Joelle come back to where Sam was, they knew they were about to leave.

Sam was telling Callen something and they both were smiling at the newly couple that was approaching.

Back at Kensi's car she said "Do you wanna stay over at my place tonight?"

She looked at him to see his reaction, but found him already staring at her, 'probably since we got in the car' she thought, with a smile on his lips.

"Do I need an overnight bag?"

She nodded.

"Ok, then please stop by my place."

She did as he asked, waiting for him in the car.

When they got to her place, she told him he could drop his bag wherever he wanted.

Since it was almost dinner time they decided to order some Chinese and watch a movie.

"I like this movie." she said, halfway through it.

"Me too."

They stared at each other for a while. He noticed she put her hand over his thigh. He grabbed it, intertwining his fingers on hers. She smiled at him and gave him a quick peck on the lips and then turning her attention back at he movie.

When it was over, she went to her bedroom to change into her pjs, while he went to the bathroom to do the same.

"Can I?" He knocked on her bedroom's door.

"Yes, come in." She was sitting in her bed, under the covers.

"Do you have some blankets that I can use to put on the couch?"

"Don't be silly." She giggled. "I'm not gonna let you sleep on the couch." She patted the bed, beside her.

"I..."

'Isn't this too quick?' he thougt. 'I wanna take this slowly. But... cuddling is not going too fast right?'

"Ok"

He laid down beside her. She turned off the lights.

"Good night Deeks." She turned to the edge of the bed, not facing him.

'Yeah, she's taking this slowly'

"Good night Kens."

A few minutes later, even still hesitant, he threw an arm over her.

When she felt it, she turned to face him and snuggled closer to him, resting her head on his chest and burying her face on his neck.

"I like this new thing with no more games." she said.

"Me too"
