SATURDAY
12:00

I was smoking outside when I heard William coming out of his apartment.

"You, smoking?"-he asked with a raised eyebrow.

"I'm kinda stressed nowadays."-I said while inhaling it.

"Where are you going at noon?"-I asked, walking closer to him.

"I'm about to meet Noora to talk about the incident."-He said, running his hands through his hair.

"Well good luck big boy!"-I said patting his shoulder.

17:45

I heard knocking on my door. When I opened it I saw William. I invited him in of course.

"How did it go?"-I asked immediately.

"Like shit."-he said while sitting down on my sofa.

I sat down right next to him and he laid down on my lap.

"She asked for bit of space."-he said.

"Honestly it isn't that big of a deal I think. It was just self defence."-I said while shaking my head.

"Right?"-he said standing up in tension.

21:00

Chris came to sleep over at my place. While he was showering he's got a message on his phone. I trusted him enough to not check it but it was really tempting. So I did.

"Eva:
I hope to see you this Friday. I miss hooking up with you. ;)"

I dropped the phone. He just got out of the shower.

"Chris!"-I said, well more like yelled.

"What is it honey?"-he asked while wrapping the towel around his waist.

"Why is Eva texting you things like "i miss hooking up with you"?!"-I asked with a raised eyebrow.

"Shit."-he said covering his face with his hands.

"Are you too hooking up behind my back?"-I asked while being very upset.

"No, I swear!"- he said, rushing over to me.

"I don't want to be cheated on again... I just can't."-I said and started crying.

He just hugged me tight.

"I need to be honest with you. I've cheated on my last girlfriend... whit Eva and some other girls... And I don't want to lie to you but we've been chatting for the past few weeks... but I didn't make a move... because there is you and I don't want to make the same mistakes again. I try so hard."-he said, rubbing his eyes.

"So you've been chatting with her behind my back?"-I asked and pushed him away.

"Yes, but I swear nothing happened."-he said, trying to grab my hand.

"Sorry but I- I need a bit of space now..."-I said and handed him his clothes.

"Astrid I swear nothing happened."-he hesitated.

"I've been cheated on twice. Do you know how hard it is to trust anyone after all of that? Knowing that you used to cheat on your girlfriends... please leave before I do something that I'll regret."-I said and started crying even more as he left.

I couldn't believe it was happening again. I decided to go over to William to ask if he knew anything about it. He immediately opened the door for me.

"Why are you crying?"-he asked, rolling his eyes as he lead me in.

"Chris might be cheating on me."-I said, still struggling with the tears.

"Could be possible... I mean look at his dating history."-he said with a small laugh which made me punch him in the stomach.

"What did I've got that for? Telling the truth?"-He asked with an annoyed tone.

"Do me one favour... find out if he is cheating on me."-I said, before blowing my nose.

We agreed that he will call him and he will put him on speaker so I can hear what he says.

"Hi Chris! Why the fuck do I hear crying next door? What did you do to her?"-Willian asked.

"She thinks that I cheated on her because she saw a message from Eva... and the truth is we hooked up once since I'm with Astrid and she was so broken I just couldn't tell her so I lied and left..."-Chris said making me run to the bathroom and lock myself in.

"Why the fuck did you do that? I'm her friend I need to tell her..."-William said and hung up.

He knocked on the door but I didn't anwser. After a few minutes, when I've calmed down I opened the door. He rushed to me and hugged me.

"I'm so sorry... if I had known it sooner you know I would've-..."-he said and I cut him off with my hand covering his mouth.

"Thanks for being a true friend..."-I said and hugged him tighter.

FRIDAY

The whole week I ignored Chris but then I decided to go and talk to him. I waited for him to finish his lesson so we could chat. He just left the building when I grabbed his arm and pulled him away from the crowd.

"Chris... we need to talk."-I said and he nodded.

"I think we should go on a break..."-I said and sighed.

"Okay. I agree... Let me sort my things out and when we're ready we'll talk again."-he said and I agreed.

19:45

William was nor home but his brother was which resulted in a huge and loud party next door. When I looked out the window I saw Noora ringing the doorbell. Poor girl doesn't know William is not home. After my little stalking I decided to try to fall asleep through the loud bangs and music coming through my walls.
