I wake up in pitch black with some occasional light coming through the window. It is loud. It's really loud. There is a rumbling noise coming from underneath me. The wind blows my hair in all different directions making my fingers numb with cold. As I bounce around I struggle to sit up. I drag myself to my side and nearly have a heart attack when I see that we are in one of the cars on a moving train! One side is completely open so I can see dark trees rushing by me. The train hits a pothole and I go sliding towards the edge. If I wasn't awake before I am now. I can feel my heart pounding through my numb body. I try to grab hold of Something but my numb fingers just slide off the edge. "Help!" I scream. Suddenly I feel my arm being jerked forward. I see Max's face as he tries to pull me up. "Tara!" He yells over the sound of the rumbling noise of the train. Unfortunatly he is not strong enough and I see him slide off the edge of the train. I let out a strangled cry as I collide with the sharp gravel below me. Well this is it.
