After your dance with your friends, you sat down with them at the booth table. As they began to discuss how to deal with a brainwashing disco ball, you noticed to search for Professor Venomous but he was nowhere to be seen.
You sighed to yourself, wondering where he did go.
"Hey, (Y/n). What's wrong?" Jeanne asked, noticing the look on your face.
"Oh. No, it's nothing." you reassured.
Professor Venomous was in VIP room with Disco Prince. He wasn't interested on having a fun time as he blankly stared at everyone dancing on the dance floor. But he noticed you sitting with your three friends at the booth table. You, all of people.
"What are you doing here, Ms. (L/n)?" he muttered.
He began to presume that you were just hanging out with your friends. After all, you weren't wearing your spy heroine attire. Yet still, he still doubted that you came here for fun. He continued to stare until he heard Prince Disco.
"How long you gonna keep being a party pooper?"
He turned at Prince Disco walking towards him.
"C'mon. Have some fun."
Professor Venomous didn't response as he continued to stare down from the window.
"Givin' me a silent treatment, huh?"
He then noticed the purple-skinned villain were staring at the four girls who were on the dance floor before. He silently hummed to himself as if he had something in his mind.
"Okay, you guys. This mission is important, but it's getting to get tricky. We need to take that brainwashing disco ball without letting anyone even Disco Prince himself know." Ed explained. "Thanks to the security cameras I hacked before, the entire security is tight such as the security guards. All we need is a distraction."
As they continued to devise a plan, you kept looking for you know who, but he was nowhere to be seen.
"(Y/n). Hello? Earth to (Y/n)!"
You heard Ed calling you out and turned at her.
"Are you listening? We need to deal with Disco Prince's security guards without letting them notice us stealing the disco ball." Ed whispered.
"Sorry. So what's the plan on how to get rid of them?" you asked.
"I heard there's a statue of Disco Prince at the club rooftop. So maybe we might deface that statue to distract them." Ed mentioned the said statue.
Just then, you then noticed Disco Prince walking towards you and your friends.
"Having a fun time, ladies?" he asked.
"Of course we are," you answered.
"So what brings you ladies here at my club?"
"We're just celebrating before my college graduation."
Obviously it was a lie in fact.
And then Disco Prince turned his eyes on you as if he was taken interested in you.
"Before graduation, huh? Then in that case... how would you like to be part of the special event at midnight?"
"A special event at midnight?" you replied.
"Yes, you see I invited a guest and I need to find a dance partner just for him. After seeing you dancing, I knew you're the right girl."
"A guest?" you wondered who could it be.
"So will you accept my offer?"
Just then when you were about to accept, Ed stopped you by tapping on your shoulder.
"What about our plan?" she whispered.
"Don't worry. I'm sure we'll improvise with this dance Disco Prince mentioned." you whispered.
You then turned back at the said person and accepted.
Disco Prince escorted you to a dressing room. He explained that you needed a perfect attire for a dance. A tango, to be specific. He then left you all by yourself, letting you have some privacy and choosing a dress.
You began to take out your compact communicator to speak with Ed.
"I'm in the dressing room right now. We're commencing our operation right now."
You told Jeanne and Aliya to deface Disco Prince's statue on the rooftop around 11:30 pm. Aliya just had to make a wish once they're outside. Once they're now outside, they were on the roof, finding a golden statue of Disco Prince.
"Geez, who puts a statue outside on the rooftop?" asked Jeanne, cringing at the said statue.
"Well, Jeanne. There's no time to complain right now. We only have thirty minutes before midnight," replied Aliya. "Okay, time to make a wish."
And so, Aliya wished for her and Jeanne to deface the statue.
Ed, on the other hand, crawled inside the air vent and subdued a security guard in the security camera room with a sleeping smoke bomb, taking his place as she sat down on the chair.
"I'm in, guys." she said as she began to supervise the whole night club.
As everyone did everything during the operation, you began to choose the dress for the tango. You couldn't decide what to choose until you noticed a purple satin cocktail dress with a ribbon around the waist.
As always, the color purple reminded you of Professor Venomous. With that, you finally made up your mind as you took the said dress and matching high-heels. Also, you still kept your choker. You looked at yourself in the mirror and gave yourself a twirl.
You smiled to youself. However, you began to wonder who are you going to dance with in a tango.
After you got yourself dressed, you were once again escorted by Disco Prince. As they arrived at the VIP door, you were told to wait here as Disco Prince entered inside. Just then, you heard your compact communicator ringtone and opened it to see Ed on the monitor.
"Looks like you took control of the security room." you noticed.
"Yep, and I think you already know but... guess who's talking to Disco Prince inside the VIP room." she replied.
"Who?"
"Professor Venomous," Ed answered. "It turns out that he's Disco Prince's guest of honor. And I think that relates to this tango dance."
"Is that so?"
"Yeah. I'm listening to their conversation while you're waiting just now and you're going to be his dance partner."
You smirked to yourself.
"You know something about this tango, Ed?"
"What?"
You then stared at the VIP door where Professor Venomous was inside just now. You couldn't wait to have a tango with your evil crush.
"It takes two to tango."
