Chapter Twenty-two

Canada's breathing was slowly and he could barely move "America! It's dangerous! It's too slippery down there!" japan yelled out to her.

America's foot slipped which made her tumble down the rocks yelping everytime her body hit a rock hard. She tried to not scream as she fell but the noise still slipped out of her mouth.
Once she was near Canada her left hand was able to grab onto a rock, one that wasn't as slippery as the others.

"America!!! Are you ok?!!" Japan was worried, and leaning far on the railing. Canada was whimpering from the pian in his head. And his whole body.

"y-yeah, I'm perfectly fine" she winced a bit, her hand slowly lost it's grib on the rock making her tumble again this time falling onto Canada with an "OOF!"

He yelped a bit. He would have bitten her. But he could barely move.

"I-I'm so sorry Maple!" She wanted to hug him but she knew if she did, it would hurt him. America tried climbing on the rocks so she could get off of her brother but ended up falling right next to him. "Hey, at least I didn't fall on you this time right. . ?"

He looked at her with his dull eyes. And huffed with pain. He whined, as if begging her to help him "America! Me and Ger can find a way to get to you! We have shaper claws then you!" Japan yelled down to her. He climbed under the railing and looked down to see if he could find a path.

America bit her lip and slowly shuffled to her brother and lightly rubed the places she thought were where he kept hitting his body ignoring the huge headache she had.

he hissed from the pain. And growled deeply. Japan jumped onto a rock that had moss and clung to it "uh...try to keep him warm. It's getting dark, and the cold comes fast!" Japan through down his big fur coat to her and Canada.

"right!" She wraped the big fur coat over Canada not minding is she got cold. "Damn, I feel like I broke a rib!" She wheezed out.

Japan heard that "what?! How did you break it? Don't touch your chest if you did!" he was worried for his friend.

"fine, whatever. ." She groaned, America looked back at her brother and gave him a soft smile.

he was starting to breath kinda heavily from pian. He whined and slightly moved his head to see America.

"your ok. . . Your ok" she rubbed his back sometimes rubbing her head since the huge headache she had felt like she was being stabbed in the head a million times.

he whined and Japan kept trying to jump down without slipping himself "I...I think this will take awhile..it's too cold to move much" the air was freezing. And the wind didn't help "America..get close to your brother amd stay warm"

America did what she was told, she cuddled with her brother accidentally elbowing her own chest making her grunt and wince.

Japan took a break from jumping around. He shivered form cold air "I think...I'll continue in...a few minutes.." he was clinging to kinda a small piece of rock. And his feet on some moss too keep him from falling.

"hurry! My whole fucking body hurts and I can't even imagine what pain my brother is in!" She snapped at him still trying to warm her brother and herself up.

he hissed at her " don't rush this! If I slip I'm stuck down there with you!"

She whined "can Germany just go get help or somethin'?!"

"He can't talk, they'll ignore him. Only people who are half beast, or are, can understand him...all he can do is stand and wait until I tell him to come..." he shivered more, it was getting colder "are you warm enough...?"

"I-I'm a little cold but Canada should be pretty warm" she groaned.

he nodded " I'm sorry I don't have anymore coats to give you...I could get ger to get some...?"

"no no, I'm fine. I don't deserve it anyways I'm always acting like a jerk" she sighed feeling guilty.

Germany whined and pawed at the edge of the railing. He wanted to help them. Japan hissed at him " stay away form the edge! You're our backup!"

America slightly shivered from the cold since she was only wearing a short sleeves shirt. That only made her cuddle up with Canada more.

he purred since he was cold to care if he was being touch "a-a.....a-ame...." he managed to say to her.

"y-yes?" She looked at her brother worry in her tone.

he whimpered , and moved his hand with a groan and put it next to America's legs "i-i.....I--im....s-s...S-sorry...."

"n-no it's ok!" She made a small smile "I might of broken a rib but that's ok!" She made a thumbs up.

Germany was getting unpatient. And hissed, japan looked up " no, Germany stay!" he hissed again. And ran off "god danm it Germany!!"

"hey! Hopefully this would be quicker!" She snapped.
"wait, I'm gonna try to climb up" she stopped cuddling with Canada and slowly started to climb up the rocks but not really getting anywhere.
