A few months have passed, and I learned how to crawl, walk, and run. My parents were a bit surprised at first, since how can a few months old, pick up crawling, walking and running at the same time? But, they just left it at "I'm a genius".

I was sitting at papa's lap in the living room while we watched TV. 'Hmm... maybe it's time to say my first words?'

"Mmm... mmm.."

Papa jolted and turned to face me.

"Yukiko!! Tsu-chan is saying her first words!!" Papa yelled.

Suddenly, a loud thud was heard and the next thing I know, mama is in front of me with sparkling eyes, holding a video recorder, and a very noticable bump on her head.

"Come on, Tsu-chan!! Say, mama!!" Mama tried coax me.

"Eh?"

"What? She's my daughter, of course she should say mama first!!" Mama glared at papa.

"But, she's my daughter too..." Papa sweatdropped, but left it at that to avoid getting killed by mama.

"Mm... mmaa... maa... fuck!"

"Eh?"

"Mmm... mm...tt... tantei(detective!!" I finally managed to let out.

"Mou!!! Yuu-chan this is your fault!! It's because you keep reading her those Sherlock Holmes books!!" Mama whined.

"Yosh!! My little angel will become a detective!!" Papa celebrated while Mama sulked.

"Mmm... mm... Mama!!" I giggled.

"Kyaa!!! Tsu-chan, kawaii!!" Mama said, now holding me.

"Papa!!" I cooed at them.

"Arigato, Tsu-chan." Papa smiled, while patting my head.

"Yosh!! Today, I will cook a feast!!" Mama cheered.

"Yeahh!!!"Baby me, cheered too.

At dinner, the table was full of laughter. Seeing that made my chest swell with happines.

'So this is what it feels like to have a family..'
