At Giza port, hundreds of people swarm the docks. Across from the Nile, Pyramids spike the sky. Among the hundreds of people, Evy and Jonathan walk to the boat and wait for Amelia and Rick.

"Do you really think they'll show up?" Evy asked, "I mean Amelia I can trust with no question, but her brother."

"Undoubtedly, I know the breed, they may be Americans, but their word is their word," Jonathan told her.

"Personally, I think he's filthy, rude and a complete scoundrel. I don't like him one bit," Evy told her brother.

"Anyone I know?" Rick asked.

Evy and Jonathan turn around and see Amelia and Rick walking up behind them. Rick was shaved, showed, his hair cut and new clothes.

"Oh... um,... hello," Evy greeted slightly impressed and embarrassed.

Jonathan grabs Rick's hand and shakes it, "Smashing day for the start of an adventure, eh, O'Connell?"

"Yeah, sure, smashing," Rick replied as he quickly checks his pockets. He finds his wallet and relaxes.

"Oh, no, no, I'd never steal from a partner... partner," Jonathan said.

"That reminds me. No hard feelings about the-" Rick mimics punching Jonathan.

"Oh, no, no. Happens all the time."

"Mr. O'Connell. Amelia. Can you look me in the eye and guarantee me this isn't some kind of flimflam?" Evy asked, "Because if it is, I am warning you-"

"You're warning us?" Rick questioned, "Lady, let me put it this way: our whole damn garrison believed in this so much... that without orders, they marched halfway across Libya and into Egypt to find that city."

"And when we got there, all we found was sand... and blood," Amelia finished.

"Let me get your bags," Rick picked up Evy's bags and heads up the gangplank onto the passenger barge. Evy's eyes follow him wistfully and Jonathan notices.

"Yes, yes, you're right. Filthy, rude, a complete scoundrel. Nothing to like there at all.

"Bright good morning to all," The Warden greeted them.

"Oh, no. What are you doing here?" Evy asked.

"I'm here to protect my investment, thank you very much," He said as he walked on the gangplank.

"I really don't like that guy," Amelia told them before walking onto the gangplank.

A while later, the boat took off from the docks and sailed down the Nile.

It is night now, and the moon shines on the desert as the boat sails down the Nile.

Amelia and Rick come out through a door, Rick carrying a gunny-sack, and see Jonathan playing poker.

Jonathan looks over his shoulder, "Oh, O'Connells, sit down, we could use another player."

"I only gamble with my life, never my money," Rick told them.

"Same goes for me," Amelia said.

"Never?" Daniels asked, "What if I was to bet you $500 we get to Hamunaptra before you?"

"You're looking for Hamunaptra?" Rick asked.

"Damn straight we are, " Henderson replied.

"And who says we are?" Amelia asked.

The three men point to Jonathan, "He does."

"Well, how 'bout it? Is it a bet?" Daniels asked.
