chapter 7

-naruto pov-

When we make it to tazuna's house, a girl named tsunami shows us where we will be sleeping, and goes to make dinner.

"So, are you going to tell us what the happened?" Kakashi asked once we she left.

'kurama?'

'I'm here kit.' That was all I needed to know. I sighed, not knowing where to start.

"Well, first you need to promise on your life you can't tell anyone what I am about to tell you. This is an ss-class secret." They all agreed, listening intently.

"First of all, do you know what a Jinchuriki is?" they nodded.

"Well my mother, kushima uzumaki, used to be the Jinchikuri of the nine tails." I said.

"But... minato namikaze, the fourth hokage was... was married to her." Kakashi said, and the other two looked at him.

"Wait... then... wouldn't that make you..." sakura said with a shaky voice. I put on a proud, but sad smile.

"Yes. My full name is naruto uzumaki namekaze." I let that sink in before continuing.

"When a Jinchikuri is having birth, the seal is weakened. So, someone took advantage of that as my mother was having me. Then, that person controlled the nine tails. My father managed to seal it inside me, but not... not before dying." They were quiet for few minutes, before they started attacking questions.

"So... you are the current Jinchuriki?" sakura asked.

"correct."

"Who was it that controlled him?" sasuke asked.

"I can't tell you that, sorry."

"But, wait a second. if the kyuubi didn't attack willingly, is he... good?" I laughed at this question.

"Do you wan't to meet him?"

"WHAT?" sakura yelled.

"well, do you?" they looked at each other, then nodded.

'well?' I said to the kyuubi.

'let me sleep.'

'come on, you lazy ass fox.'

'...fine.' he came out of my mindscape and appeared next to me.

"Nice to finally meet you. Face to face, anyway." He said. My teamates seemed lost of words.

"Also, there is something you should know sasuke, screw the council." I said, making him look at my questioningly. I explained what happened on the night 'Itachi killed' his family. when I finished, tears started streaming down his face.

"I have kept in touch with him, and he is always asking how you are doing sasuke." his head snapped up and he looked me in the eyes.

"Tell him I forgive him." He said quickly. I was honestly shocked.

"you sure?"

"Yes." He said with a look in his eyes, saying that he won't change his mind. I smiled. Itachi will be so happy, even if he won't show it.

"wait. Didn't he join the akatsuki?" Kakashi questioned.

"Well... he was a spy, that only the third knows about. but now, it doesn't really matter."

"what do you mean?" kakashi asked.

"well, they aren't a threat anymore. They are no longer hunting for the tailed beasts."

"why?"

"Can't tell you that."

"All of... this... still doesn't explain why the demon brothers and zabuza kneeled to you."

"Can't tell you that either."

"I'm going back to sleep kit." the fox said before dissapearing back into my mindscape.

"What about-" sasuke started, but was inturrupted by tsunami calling us to have dinner.

"oh hey Inari." I said.

"Naruto?!" Inari said, jumping into my arms.

"So, this is where you live." I had been to the village hidden in the waves before a while back, and met Inari.

"Oh... so, you know eachother?" tsunami said confused.

"Yeah! he saved me from almost drowning once!" He said happily.

"Oh! This is the boy you talked about all the time." Tsunami said, causing Inari to be a little embarrassed.

As my clones where helping build the bridge, I felt a bunch of presences coming our way.

"we have company." I told kakashi and my team. We all turned to the group approaching.

"So! It looks like zabuza and the demon brothers failed me." I heard a short man, whom I recognized as gato from the information I had heard about him.

"men, kill these weaklings. Actually, spare the girl. I want to keep her as a plaything for a while." He said smirking. I dispelled all my clones, and my hair covered my eyes. I hate it when people underestimate me. but worst of all, no one threatens the people I care about. I started slowly walking towalds him, and everyone else started backing away when they saw my expression.

"No one threatens my friends." I growled. He was making me madder and madder by the second.

"Oh, are you going to try to fight me or something? What could a stupid brat like you do? I'll kill them if I want. Then, you know what? I'll go kill your whore of a mother, and any other family you have." gato said, completely oblivious to what he just provoked.

"So. my mother's a whore." I said calmly. Kakashi gulped and grabbed sakura and sasuke by the collar, dragging them away from his old captian.

"I bet she is. Your father is probably a drunk as well." He was way past the line. And now, he would feel naruto uzumaki namikaze's wrath.
