Chapter 38

There was my grandma and Eunyun looking at me worried.

Eunyun ran to me and hugged me like I was going to leave too.

She whisperes comforting things like I was really brave and strong to go through all the things.

I nodded but still didn't stop crying. I needed to let all the things out.

"Darling, I'm here. I am sorry that an angel like you lost the people that she loved the most...I will be always here with you" my grandma said and gave me a warm embrace too.

"Okay Y/n let's go home, you need to rest..." Taehyung said and wrapped his arm around me.

"Tae me and grandma will stay here..to take information for the funeral..." His sister said as she entered the hospital.

"Let's go" Taehyung said and directed me at my house.

As we arrived to my house, I walked exhausted with him to my room.

I changed to something comfortable and set on the bad hugging my pillow,
Covering my face in it...

I heard a light knock on the door and then I saw Taehyung walking in my bedroom, holding a bowl of soup.

He came closer to me and put the food on the night stand.

"Here..." He said as he was indicating me to sit up.

"You didn't eat anything today, you must be hungry" he said and took a spoon and fed me.

He was telling me that I didn't eat anything when he was the one that remained beside me all that time not letting me alone even for 5 minutes.

I pointed to him as I was indicating him that he needed to eat too.

"Oh, i think this is the only thing left in the kitchen..I think your grandma did this for you" he said not paying attention to himself.

I immediately stopped him from giving me another spoon of soup, I took the spoon from him, trying not to drop anything and started to feed him.

He didn't expect that but accepted what I was doing and then opened his mouth.

As he eat it he suddenly moaned as enjoying the delicious food. I smiled softly and  continued what I was doing. Sometime I ate the soup as well but I saw how tired and stressed Taehyung was so I gave him more to eat.

He stopped me at a certain point and shakes his head as he got the spoon and made me eat the last bit of the soup.

He got up from my bed and then went to wash the dishes and returned.

As he did he stared at me all the time, controlling if everything was okay but it wasn't...

He got a message from his sister and he said "Your dad's funeral is going to be the day after tomorrow"

I nodded trying hard not to cry again, as I was really sensitive in that moment and a lot of bad memories came back to my head and repeated all over and over.

"Y/n look at me..." Taehyung barely whispered and came closer

He made me move from the uncomfortable that I was in and he lied down and put my head to his chest.

Then I was hearing his heartbeat, that was going faster and faster.

I got suddenly sleepy and comfortable in his arms as he caressed my head and tried to make me sleep and let the bad thoughts go away.

"Sleep... tomorrow is going to be a better day" he whispered and hummed a song that made me go to Dreamland...

Taehyung's POV:

I tried to calm her down, and I noticed her breathing got steady and little cute snores came out of her.

She was too innocent and kind hearted to happen lose all the people she loved.

I was there and that time I wasn't letting her go anytime soon, because I knew that she could thought about doing something stupid..

But luckily she didn't, she just cried herself to sleep.

*Next morning*

The sun was shining bright through the window as I barely opened my eyes and yawned loudly.

I looked next to me, Y/n was still the same position as the night before, and she didn't even move a little bit.

I notice that she was trembling so I covered her to her head with the blanket.

I brushed lightly two fingers to her forehead and I felt the hotness of her body. She had fever and probably didn't even noticed.

"Why do you get sick so easily..mhm?" I murmured as I got off the bed and took a wet cloth and put it to her forehead.

As I headed towards the kitchen I found grandma and Eunyun eating breakfast silently.

"Morning..." I said and they looked up at me and nodded.

"How is she?" Grandma asked worried about her condition.

"She is sick...I took care of it don't worry...she just needs time to process everything" I said sighting at the end.

"Tae...can we..you know stay here for a little bit, so we don't make Y/n feel alone?" Eunyun demanded giving me the puppy eyes.

" Taehyung you both can stay here, there is still space where you can sleep and stay" grandma added.

"Alright..."
