Chapter 3

As I get ready for the day, the whole family came. Well I guess you could call us family even though we're not related. Like we have The Styles, The Horans, The Maliks, The Paynes, and my family The Tomlinsons.

I'm currently in my room cleaning up the mess me, Darcy, and Elliot made. No Darcy and Elliot aren't helping because they are downstairs setting the table with my mom and a few other people that arrived. I finish throwing away the last candy wrapper when I heard a knock on my door.

"Come in." I say. The door open and I turned around to see my big brother Freddie.

"Hey Car, missed me?" He joked. I quickly hugged him knowing I haven't seen him in a while. He lives all the way across the other side town so we barely see him. He chuckled at my sight and hugged me back.

"Hey I came up here to tell you to come down cause everyone is here." He said. I let go off the hug.

"Ok then. I was just cleaning my room." I say. We both went downstairs to see everyone. I see my mom, Maya, and Selena helping out with dinner. My dad, Liam, Harry, Zayn, and Niall in the living room watching the football (soccer) game. I see Emily, Gigi, Darcy, Elliot, Bear, z/g/b, and Sadie outside.

Bear, Darcy, Elliot, and z/g/b are messing around with Sadie while Emily and Gigi are watching them and talking. I go outside to be with my friends and play with them for a while.

"Guys, dinners done! Cmon inside." Selena yelled from the sliding door. Sadie ran while the rest of us walked inside. I could smell the delicious chicken alfredo and green beans and the garlic on the bread. Those where just a few of the things on the table. We all sat down out at the table. We ate and talked about life and our plans and we pretty much had fun like we do every Saturday.

"So Darcy, Elliot, Carly, I saw from paparazzi that you went to the mall yesterday with a few friends." Liam said try to make conversation. "What did you get?" He asked.

"We got some new clothes and stuff and lunch and things like that." Darcy said.

"Who were the friends?" Freddie asked.

"Just us and Brianna." I say quickly. I'm a terrible liar.

"Wasn't there a guy too?" Liam asked.

"A guy?" Freddie spoke up.

"Uhh, no." Yea I'm terrible at lying. "Can I be excused please?" I ask.

"Sure." Mom says. I get up from my seat and go to the bathroom to hide. Oh gosh they know. I started to get anxious about what was going to happen next. Then I hear a knock on the door.

"Yes?" I say.

"Carly come out now." It was my dad.

"Do I have a choice?" I asked.

"No." It was also Freddie too. Oh gosh. I unlocked the door and opened it to see my dad and Freddie.

"Carly we need to talk." Dad says.

"Ok." Me, Freddie, and Dad walk into the living room and sit down.

"Who is he?" Freddie ask.

"He's just a friend.." I say.

"Carly now's not the time to lie. I saw him kiss you." Dad said.

"You followed me!? Do you not trust me?!" I was so angry right now.

"No Carly and its because you kept him secret. You lied to me, your mom, your family." Dad said. I felt a wave a guilt rush over me but also anger and frustration.

"The only reason why I lied to you is because you two are just too protective over me. You guys act like in 5 again. I'm not! I wouldn't have lied if you guys weren't this way!" I say. I run up to my room and lock the door. I heard my dad start to yell at me.

"CARLY HALLE TOMLINSON! GET DOWN HERE NOW!" He yelled. I didn't listen. I just wanted to run. Ya know what. What's stopping me. I grab my phone from my pocket and text Luke.
