Louis laces his fingers with Harry's, humming contently while they stroll towards the coffee shop. The two boys are full of bliss. Their morning was perfect and it helped take Harry's mind of the harsh week. He couldn't visit Niall without Niall breaking down and feeling guilty so everyone thought it was best for them to have some time apart.

They stand in the cue and Harry lets out a small yawn.

"Thanks so much for coming with me babe. It really means so much."

"Oh, don't say thanks. I would do just about anything for you."

Louis then presses the tiniest kiss along Harry's cheekbones which make the younger lad giggle before looking towards the barista. He orders and pays for him and Harry and then once they get their cups, they're off to Louis' class.

Harry gazes around in amazement, looking over the large halls and the many, many, many seats per classroom. He was hopeful no one would dislike him being here. And it got him thinking about— well, after his last year in highschool. His college life. His life with Louis. What will happen?

"Lou?"

"Yeah, H?"

"Do you like it here?"

"What do you mean?"

"Well, do you really like this school? Is it nice?"

"Well, I do live quite close to here, my best friend, and you. So yeah."

"Oh."

"What is it?"

"Just- are you scared about what will happen with me?"

"What?"

"Like after high school. Are you scared what that will do to us. I mean I don't even know where I want to go and I'm scared to move away from my family... from you."

Louis leans down to press a small kiss to Harry's lips and then takes him to a seat way in the back. They settle and Louis just sighs.

"I'm not scared. I promise. I'm excited. For our future as well as your own. But you can't let me get in the way of anything, you know? At the end of it all I will always love you and only you and I will be by your side, in real life, and not. Promise."

"But, being away from you for months at a time... you're my rock. I'm worried I may crumble without you."

"And if you really believe that then we will figure something out. And fuck, if I need to transfer schools to be with you then so be it."

"What? No, no. You're almost done here! You can't transfer for me."

"I will if you need me too. I want to support you no matter what."

Harry looks into Louis' eyes, shining bright with love and adoration while Louis' radiate safety. He leans to kiss him again before the class murmurs are shushed by the professor walking in. Harry leans against Louis as he's scribbling notes, hoping something will work out.

hi babes! thanks for being patient. i do not know wtf happened or why my story got unpublished but hopefully it wont happen again cos that scared me! anyways, love you as always x
