Stray Kids Purge Night

Chapter One

Felix was bored in biology class again. 

Sure, there was only five minutes left, but there was only so much that Felix could take about how cells reproduce. And anyway, who can concentrate when there's only 6 hours left until the purge begins?

So Felix had decided to sit, watching the clock tick slowly, instead of listening to his teacher. Behind him, Seungmin was making notes, not wanting his elder brother to ground him again because he failed this class. 

When the bell signalling the end of class rung, both Felix and Seungmin shoved their books into their backpacks before rushing out the room and to their lockers. Jeongin was already there, making sure his hair looked okay in the mirror. 

"Stop being so vain Innie" Seungmin jokingly flicked the back of the younger's head, which earned him a glare. Felix laughed at his friends, watching them throw balls of paper at each other, acting like it was World War Three. 

"Oh Lix! Yugyeom said you can stay with us tonight, so your not alone." Felix scoffed at Seungmin's offer, and swiftly ducked to avoid the scrunched up maths homework that Jeongin threw at him. 

"Your brother is a psychopath Seungmin. And anyway, I'm staying with Changbin tonight, so I won't be alone." Now it was Seungmin's turn to scoff. Felix knew that he didn't like Changbin, but it still annoyed him that he couldn't be a little nice about him. 

Jeongin was always positive about Felix and Seungmin's lives, and that was nice. It was easy to be around him, and to just talk about anything. With Seungmin, he might as well be on his period all year round. 

By now, they were all walking towards the exit, discussing what they would do tomorrow, trying to act as if there wasn't a possibility that this was they last time they saw one another.

Felix typed in the pass code to Changbin's small apartment, before stepping in. He quickly checked that Changbin was in his studio before quickly pulling a hoodie and jeans out of his backpack. 

When he was changed, he sat on the couch and started reading. It was his routine to read at least a chapter of his current book before 4'o'clock, which was when Changbin came out of his studio wondering where Felix was. 

This week he was reading The Fault In Our Stars, and he was pretty into it. Changbin was playing the guitar in his studio again, and Felix loved the sound of it. It was just one of those things that calmed him down, no matter what was happening that day. 

The Australian allowed himself to be lost in the pages of the book, oblivious to what time it was. At the usual time, Changbin strolled out of his studio and smiled lightly at Felix. The younger had curled himself up, and a half smile was formed on his face as he slowly read the book, making sure he didn't miss a single detail.

He walked up behind Felix, and waited for his presence to be noticed. When Felix did notice him, he jumped and fell off the couch. 

Changbin chuckled at his embarrassment, before leaning down to kiss the younger lightly, but Felix wanted more. He pulled the elder on top of him, and deepened the kiss. 

But as he started to grind against Changbin, he was stopped. "Sorry Lix, but not right now. We need to order food now, or we can't eat tonight." 

Felix whined, but Changbin still stood up and sat on the couch. "What do you want?" The elder asked, grabbing his phone and looking at Felix.

The latter sat up and considered his options, before making a decision. "Can we get pizza?" Changbin nodded, before placing an order for both of them. Felix stood up off the floor and sat back down on the couch, where he picked his book back up and continued reading.

Seungmin was eating leftovers again. His elder brother was making sure that his company building was safe tonight, so the younger sibling was stuck eating cold food from the fridge. 

He knew that Felix would be at Changbin's apartment, and if he had to be honest, he was worried for his friend. But Jeongin naturally took Felix's side, only because he was Australian though. 

As he placed his plate into the dishwasher, he heard the door open and turned to see Yugyeom. The elder looked around before turning to Seungmin. "Where's Felix? I thought he was coming here for the night."

Seungmin sighed, and decided to ignore his brother. Instead, he walked into his room and shut the door quite violently. 

"Hey! If I need to replace another door because you're pissed off about Felix on Jeongin, I will send you into space Kim Seungmin!" Yugyeom shouted through the door, knowing that Felix probably denied the offer. 

"At least I know my sexuality!" Seungmin retaliated, fully aware that he could get slapped for it. But Yugyeom just glared at the door, turned on his heel and walked into his study. 

But the younger wanted a fight. He had been pissed off all day, and now even Yugyeom was ignoring him. 

So he decided to steal Yugyeom's favourite cologne.

Yugyeom was pissed. He knew that Seungmin was being petty, but to steal his cologne? Why didn't he wait until tonight? Then it would have at least been legal. 

"You know, you're being a little shit right now." He had decided to just waltz into the younger's room and start confronting him. 

Seungmin laughed at his brother, before slowly wandering over to his cabinet and pulling out the bottle. "You want this back?" He teased Yugyeom shamelessly, swinging the bottle back and forth in his hand. 

Yugyeom darted forward, but Seungmin was faster. He got away and ran into the bathroom, where he waited for Yugyeom to reappear. 

When the latter found Seungmin, he decided to taunt him further. "You know, I've always liked this smell. Maybe I'll keep it for myself." He continued his actions from in his room, but this time his grip on the bottle wasn't perfect. 

So when Yugyeom tried to grab the bottle again, he dropped it. 

And it shattered.

Yugyeom glared at Seungmin, who went to run out of the room. 

And stepped in the glass.
