A/n: Raynauds is a circulatory disease. It's a genetic thing and it's actually pretty common. My mom and I have it. Basically you don't do to well in the cold because your hands and feet don't get enough blood sometimes. And sometimes it won't even be cold and your hands will go numb. I just thought it would be interesting to see Elsa paired with a person who's sensitive to the cold. Enjoy! :)

P.s. Thank you for 500 reads!!! <3

"Are you alright?" Elsa asked. (Y/n) hid her shivers from her girlfriend and stuffed her hands in her pockets. The two were out on a little stroll around Arendelle. The weather was perfect. "It's not acting up again, is it?" Elsa asked, concerned. (Y/n) shook her head.

"Nope. All good!" (Y/n) smiled at Elsa as they continued walking. (Y/n)'s hands tingled and she felt as if needles were stabbing her fingertips. She got a strong urge to shake her hands to promote her blood to go there, but though against it. She didn't want Elsa so worry.

As their comfortably silent walk came to an end, (Y/n)'s hands were completely numb. She momentarily forgot Elsa was there and took her hands out of her pockets to shake them. She noticed that they were purple at the tips. (Y/n) heard a gasp.

"(Y/n)-!" Elsa went to go grab (Y/n)'s hands but quickly flinched away. She didn't want to make them colder than they already were. "You have to tell me when this happens, love." Elsa gently took (Y/n)'s elbow and dragged her to the kitchens, where Gerda could get a warm towel for (Y/n)'s hands.

"I'm sorry, I just don't like to make you worry." (Y/n) muttered. Elsa sighed.

"(Y/n). It's okay. If you can worry about me being worried I'm allowed to worry about you. Okay?" Elsa said. (Y/n) nodded her head before holding her hands up. "What are you doing (Y/n)-" Elsa watched as (Y/n) took her fingertips and stuck them in her mouth. "-oh..." (Y/n) shrugged and kept them there until they got the kitchen. It kept them warm.

As they reached the kitchens, minor feeling was returning to (Y/n)'s fingers. Due to her keeping them in her mouth. Odd way to do it, yes, but this was survival. There were no hot towels out in the wilderness.

Elsa asked Gerda for a hot towel, which was given in only a moment or two.

"Give me you hands, beautiful." Elsa held out her hands but made sure to cover them with the towel. (Y/n) took her fingers out of her mouth and wiped the saliva off with her clothing, laughing awkwardly. She put her hands of the towel and saw that they were still purple.

"Thank you, Elsa, I don't know what'd I'd do without you." (Y/n) smiled graciously at her girlfriend, but Elsa frowned.

"You'd probably do a lot better without me, (Y/n)." Elsa wrapped the towel around (Y/n)'s hands and held it there.

"W-What are you talking about? Are you breaking up with me? What'd I do? Is it cause of-" (Y/n) started to panic a bit, but Elsa silenced her with an explanation.

"(Y/n) I can hurt you by holding your hand." Elsa said sadly. (Y/n) face dropped.

"No, no no no, Elsa look at me-" (Y/n) tried to maneuver her wrapped up hands under Elsa's chin, earning a small smile from the blonde. "You mean everything to me, Elsa. If you're scared of me getting a little cold then I must mean a lot to you too. We do great together despite this tiny detail." (Y/n) explained. At this point, she was finally starting to regain feeling in her hands.

"I don't deserve you..." Elsa mumbled as she grabbed (Y/n)'s elbow and led them back to their quarters.
