Ever since moving into a new beach house in Laguna, California life seems better. I love waking up every morning and smelling the salty ocean air. Being able to walk out onto the balcony from my room and just relax for a change. It was nice.
My dads job transferred him up here about a month ago. He got a nice promotion and we got a nice beach house with everything we've ever wanted. Once again it was nice. But not all the way perfect. Not just yet.
Turning on my heels, I walked back inside to change into my swim suit. I chose my new pink rhinestone bikini because it was not only cute, but it stood out. And I liked that.
Putting my swim suit on, I slid on my sandals and ran downstairs and into the kitchen. I grabbed a couple cans of Mountain Dew out of the fridge; along with my favorite romance novel off the living room table before heading out the door.
The beach wasn't really busy as I surveyed me out a spot to sit down. I loved coming out here and just relaxing also. I haven't really made any friends yet because my first day wasn't until tomorrow. I was surprisingly looking forward to it, though.

My first day at Laguna Academy is finally here. I've read so many things about the academy. What really got me so interested was the activities they had. A Starbucks cafe was even included in the huge school. Now that was one thing I would never complain about.
I read the website and each teacher is specially licensed in each subject. The best part was that my old school didn't even have that.
I picked out my outfit for the day carefully. I ended up wearing a red plaid mini skirt with a white halter and flip-flops added to the mix. It was perfect.
I slid my clothes on and went into the bathroom. Curling my hair I pinned it back with a butterfly clip and sprayed it with hairspray. As for my makeup, I was never the one for the heavy stuff. Mascara and lip gloss always done it for me. Natural is always better.
Walking into the academy fifteen minutes later, I stood there like an idiot not knowing anything.
"You must be Harmony."
Hearing my name, I turned and smiled. "Yes. You may you be?"
The man laughed. "I'm one of the teachers here and I'll be glad to show you to the main headquarters."
I sighed thankfully. "Thank you so much, Mr?"
"Woods," He added with a laugh.
I nodded with a smirk. "Very well."
"Come on, I'll show you the way."
Following Mr. Woods down the long hallway and up the large flight of stairs, I came to a large office and walked in. Laguna had everything. Hell I think they had two secrataries.
"Ms. Green, could you possible tell headmaster Owens that Miss. Stillwell has arrived?" Mr. Woods asked the woman behind the desk.
Ms. Green blushed a little and got on the phone as Mr. Woods smiled at me on his way out.
I could see a few students walking in and out of headquarters. I noticed I hasn't went overboard with my outfit which was a relief. I also knew everyone here were in groups and I swallowed nervously. My last school was like that and I'd hated a repeat.
"Miss. Stillwell, the headmaster will see you now," Ms. Green said smiling. "I hope you enjoy your time here at Laguna."
I smiled big at her and walked in the headmaster owens office. I noticed everything was neatly decorated with pictures of family and friends. He seems like a very family oriented person.
