"The field of economics is surprisingly broad. With a field this broad, it is useful to have some way of classifying the different types of problems economists study and the different methods they use to analyze them..." Mr. Stark explains.

Trust me, Economics can screw your life with the help of your economics lecturer.

I yawn and lazily blink my eyes trying my best not to fall asleep. I should be depress right now because I don't have a date for tomorrow dance. I can mentally imagine the whole high school laughing at me when I enter into the dance without a date.

I turn my gaze to the empty chair beside me and frown.

Suddenly, the door opens and a pair of caramel brown eyes appears giving a quick 'excuse me' to the lecturer and rushes to his general spot making a small smile trace across my face.

"Again late, Mr. Hill." Mr. Stark gives a slight glare at the boy.

"This is the last time. I promise." His angelic voice makes my heart flutter.

"That's what you always says, Liam." Mr. Stark shakes his head in disbelief at the Mr. Late of the class.

Liam rolls his eyes and gets ready to the lesson.

Liam Hill is the most attractive, nerdy  and the self centered guy in the class. He's always late to the class for an unknown reason but he always somehow manages to get good grades.

"Lydia, can I have a pencil?" My thoughts are cut off by the familiar voice. I look at my side to see Liam waiting for my response.

He talks? It's impossible.

I look at him in shock before I nod and hand him one of my extra pencils.

"You know my name?" I whisper to him.

"Yes, of course." He whispers back. "How can I not know the beautiful girl who's sitting beside me in most of my classes?"

A form of blush spread across my tan cheeks making me look down my book.

"You know? I like your smile." He whispers making me blush even more.

I never knew that he's this forward.

"Are you attending for tomorrow dance?" I ask him.

"No." He shakes his head.

"A party pooper?" I ask him.

"Kind of." He nods, smiling.

"What about you, Lydia?" He asks me.

"No." I simply answer him.

"A party pooper?" He mimics me making me smile.

"I don't have a boyfriend-I mean a date." I shrug. "You don't have a date then no dance. Otherwise people will laugh at you. That's the high school theory."

Why am I spilling him everything that are in my mind.

"You're a cute girl." Liam shakes his head with his cute smile. "Maybe both you and I can go to the dance together." He suggests.

"Huh?"

He suddenly get up from his seat gaining everyone's attention towards him.

"What are you doing Mr. Payne?" Mr. Stark asks but Liam ignores him and stands in front of me.

I stand up in complete confusion not knowing what to do.

"Will you be my girlfriend?" He asks making my jaw drop. The whole class starts to whispers as Liam waits for me to give him my answer.

"Yeah." I nod making him flash me a broad smile. The whole class cheers and he makes a quick move and pulls me into a kiss. I kiss him back enjoying every single moment of the kiss.

"LYDIA?!"

I jump at the voice and look around me to realize that I was dreaming all this time.

I turn to see Liam sitting on his spot, looking at me with a very confused face as some students laughing at me making me mentally groan.

"Is everything okay, Miss Young?" Mr.Stark asks, raising an eyebrow.

"Yeah." I nod my head.

"That's great." Mr. Stark says, giving me an unreadable expression. "Can I know the main four types of capital an economy requires achieving economic growth?

I gulp. "I-I have no idea."

Mr. Stark open his mouth to give me his best rude comment.

"Fixed capital, human capital, social capital and natural capital." Liam answers saving me from that evil man's cruel intentions.

I sigh in relief before I look at Liam and mouthing 'thank you' at him. He unexpectedly gives me a small smile as the response making my day brighten up.

Is this a new beginning of my love story?

What am I even thinking? It's just a teenage dream.

I turn my gaze back to Mr. Stark trying to concentrate on his lecture even though I'm not in a mood to learn economics.

Dear dream, please come true.
