He felt empty
He felt so damn well empty, he had never felt like this, at least not that he could remember. He didn't knew why but it was just a feeling.
It was about lunch time, as Zach would have called it, and yet where Daniel still in his bed looking upstairs the celling.
He missed Jonah
He couldn't even call him because he was 100% asleep, so he was just left alone with the empty feeling in his chest.
Corbyn and Zach where out with some other friends, they even asked him if he wanted to join, but he simple didn't.
So he called Jonah
He knew that he was asleep but he had to make sure he where asleep, it sounded weird and it where but maybe it could stop the feeling in his chest.
After about two seconds, picked Jonah up.
Daniel where surprised when he could see the little icon waiting for the internet to load, why weren't Jonah asleep?
"Hey" said Jonah when you could see his face on the screen. His voice where raspy and it where dark in the room while he was laying down.
"Why aren't you asleep?" Asked Daniel and sat up and stared down in his phone, he smiled a little.
"I miss you" was all he said, Daniel could feel the joy inside him because that meant that he where not just crazy and missed Jonah without a reason.
"I miss you too" said Daniel back and laid back down but this time on his stomach (random i know)
There where silent for a little moment
"You want me to sing for you?" Asked Daniel suddenly without realizing what he had said, wait how did he knew that he could sing?
"Yes" answered Jonah quickly and pulled the blanket over himself and waited patiently.
Then he sang the slowly good night song that his mother used to sing for him every time he couldn't fall asleep because he missed his old cat.
When he stopped and looked back at Jonah and saw that he was asleep, then the feeling began to disappear
