Stephen P.O.V.

Hey there, my name's Stephen. Pronounced Stef-in. Not Steven. So, I kinda have a crush on this guy named Leo. I have workshop with him, and he is the #1 student. We've been taking it for almost 2 years, and I've liked him since the beginning. He's just so amazing with his curly hair, cute scrawny body, and just... him!

I have black hair, and grey-blue eyes. I'm shorter than average, but not too short. I wear t-shirts and jeans almost daily, and a hoodie if it's cold. I got into mechanics a few years ago, and decided to take the class in high school. That's when I met Leo.

I haven't seen him out of workshop besides the ELA we have together. That means, I sadly can't see him for most of the day. That also means I don't know if he is single or not. It's just embarrassing to ask. I'm guessing he's straight, too. He has this tattoo, written in marker saying 'All the ladies luv Leo'. Like, add me in!

~time skip to workshop class thing~

Leo has the biggest smile on his face, and it's just so cute. "Why are you so happy?" I ask curiously. "What, I cant be happy?" He teases. I chuckle. "No, I mean what's the reason for the giant smile on your face." I say, hoping I'm part of the answer. "I have a date with my girlfriend after school today!" He exclaimed.

My heart brakes in two at that very moment.

My smile faltered a little as I tried to keep my cheery smile on. "Cool! Is she picking you up today?" I ask. I want to meet the girl who stole Leo's heart. "Yeah! Want to meet her? I think you two could be friends." He says, still smiling. Score. "Yeah! I'd love to. I want to meet the lady who stole my friend's heart." I say teasingly, even though I mean it. He tells me where to meet him after school so he can bring me to his girlfriend. I agree and we continue on with our class work.

~Time skip to meeting Calypso~

Leo leads me out of the school to a black convertible with cool flames. A pretty decent looking girl was leaning against it. When she saw Leo she ran up to him and hugged him. They shared a light kiss, after they broke apart. I was standing there awkwardly, only when I cleared my through did they remember I was here.

"Oh, yeah. Calypso, this is my friend, Stephen. Stephen, this is my girlfriend, Calypso." He then turns to Calypso. "We have workshop together, and we're partners." She smiles, and reaches out her hand for me to shake. I accept, and we chat for a bit before they have to go.

I wave them goodbye as they drive away. You know, maybe Leo and I just weren't meant to be. The next month I started developing a crush on this cute guy named Noah. One day he asked me out, and now we are a happy couple.

Sometimes, you and your crush just aren't meant to be. I learned that lesson myself, and I'm glad I did.
