Valentines day- the proposal

AG's POV
It was the day before Valentine's Day. I had bought Y/N a ring. I was going to propose to her! My heart was in my throat. I had spoken to her parents and they were high supportive. I had only told Mia about the proposal because she had been my bestfriend for years.

Y/N POV
I had bought AG a new chain and a watch for Valentine's Day. We were going out for the day and she told me it was a surprise what we were doing. I was so excited!

AG's POV
I woke up around 8am, I didn't plan to propose to her later. I made us both coffees and woke Y/N up.
"Happy Valentine's Day buba" I said

She placed it on the bed and I reached into the drawer and pulled out a small box with perfume in. We exchanged gifts and she loved the perfume and I loved the chain and watch. I had also bought us new outfits for the day.

AG had bought us both new outfits and I put mine on, it was a red, floral skort with a matching crop top. I put it on and she told me I looked gorgeous. We left at around 10am and we drive for around an hour. We eventually arrived at a waterfall- it was amazing. She led me to an area and it had a picnic set up

We spent the whole day taking and I was in AG's arms- I always felt safe in her arms. We made tiktoks and took cute pictures.

AG's POV
It was time, time to propose. I had never been so scared. My hand were sweating. I waited until sunset. I put on some music and we danced. I was stalking like mad! We danced to a few songs and then I looked her in the eye, she looked back and we kissed. I got down on one knee and pulled out the ring, Y/N gasped and had the biggest smile over her face.
"Y/N, you are the light in my life. I love you with my whole heart and nothing will ever change that. You are the best thing that's ever happened to me and I'm so glad we met. I remember the day we met like it was yesterday. You have brought out the best in me and I want this for life. Y/N, will you marry me?"
"Yes, yes, a thousand times yes!" She replied, crying with happiness. I put the ring on her finger and she jumped into my arms. We danced and kissed soem more until it was nearly dark.

When we got home we told my parents and Y/N parents about the proposal. We then went to bed.
