An hour later, I was sitting on their couch, waiting for everyone else to pack up. Across the room, Zion was sitting on the kitchen chair with his phone charging, talking to someone while smiling and laughing. Liv. Olivia. Whatever the fuck her name is. I sighed and looked down at my phone, but I couldn't help glancing over at him every couple seconds.

Austin sat down beside me, pushing his luggage bag to the side. I didn't even notice at first, too busy watching Zion.

"You good?"

I blinked and turned to him with a forced smile. "Yeah, just tired and hungover."

"Mhm." He smiled softly. "It's been 6 months."

"Yeah." I said slowly with a sigh.

"I thought you were with someone." He clicked his fingers trying to remember the name. "James? John? I forget."

"Jaden." I smiled. "We broke up a while ago."

He nodded. "I see."

Before we could talk any more, Edwin came running down the stairs with a big luggage back and 2 carry ons, struggling to keep himself from falling. I guess he didn't try hard enough because a couple steps later, he was rolling down the stairs, all his bags tumbling down after him. Austin couldn't stop laughing, Zion hung up the phone and came running over, recording on Snapchat. I laughed and walked over to help him up. He winced, holding his shoulder in pain.

"Idiot." I tried not to smile.

Brandon and Nick walked down, pausing at the sight of Edwin.

"Stop." Nick held in his laughter. "Shut up."

Edwin threw up a middle finger, bright red from pain and anger. I picked up his bags and handed them to him as a staff member opened the door, signaling us to come out. A van waited outside to take us to the airport.

I walked out behind the boys. Zion hung back to grab some snacks and pack his charger.

"Kiana."

I turned around.

"We're good right?" He looked at me from across the room. "We gon be in a tiny hotel on an island together."

I laughed a little. "Yeah, don't worry bout it."

He nodded.

I turned back towards the door with a sigh, telling myself to get over it. Maybe I'll find a cute island boy, I said to myself as I walked out.
