Near and far
To all those
Close to heart
Eid Mubarak
Though we are not celebrating it together
But our memories together
Would never fade away
Eid Mubarak
Though the gate which receives guest
Is all empty
And the room which witness
Laughter, tears and smiles
Is all empty
Eid Mubarak
That this year
The Eid is not a busy one
Eid Mubarak
To the year
Which taught us to slow down
And reflect on the meaning of life
Eid Mubarak
To the virus
Which brought the humanity
To its knees
Which slayed the arrogance
Of mankind
And brought out the kindness
Of the humankind
Eid Mubarak
To all those celebrating
I hope this year
Stays in your heart
Forever
