Flower Demons and Dark Love (Kagome/Naraku)

Kagome released the arrow.
The arrow piercing through the air and hitting its mark.

Kagome raced to the fallen demon on the ground. Her spiritual powers lighting the jewel shard embedded in its flesh. Her fingers picking up the tainted shard, as quickly as she picked the tiny shard up, the black taint purified revealing a warm pink glow.

"Hurry up, Kagome. Off to the next shard!" Kagome glared at the half-demon.

"InuYasha. Sit." The beaded subjugation necklace around InuYasha's neck resonated with Kagome's command. And InuYasha took a harsh dive to the ground.

"Be nicer. Sango and I need a break." Kagome made it clear that she didn't mind InuYasha's state on the ground and turned to Sango.

"I saw a field of flowers just a village away. Want to join me?" Sango smiled. Hopping a ride on Kirara.

Leaving InuYasha face planted on the ground. While Miroku and Shippo were left with preparing the meal for the night.

"Oh look, there it is." Kagome said.
Kirara landed.
Sango went to the left. Kagome veered right.
There were so many types of flowers.
With as many colors that exceeded the rainbow.

Kagome went ahead to pick flowers that caught her eye. A purple one, followed by a red rose, and many others types of flowers till she eyed a special flower. A pink flower, that had many designs on it, as well as it gave off a strong aroma.

CRASH! BOOM!

The land beneath her feet quaked.
The once blue sky darkened. Overtaken by miasma.
Naraku, Kagome thought.
It was actually Naraku too. Not a puppet.

She felt fear. Though when his red eyes found hers - a strong attraction coursed through her veins. And a deep wanting could be felt between her legs.

This is wrong. 

But why does it feel so right?!

As well as a small stinging sensation within her neck.

Kagome didn't feel the flower she'd been holding drop. Or see the retracting talons of the flower, or its recent attack - as its seed burrowed deep into neck.

A gift from a flower demon.

Or, was it a curse?
