Blue Lantern of metropolis

The Blue Lantern saves the day.

Hey guys just to let ya know there will be a few references in this chapter and see if you can guess what they are.

At town we see Dimitri walking through the streets as he looked around a bit as he heard an alarm and saw a store as a man was robbing it as he then looked at the ring.

Dimitri: Guess it's my time to shine.

He then ran to a alley way as he then held up his hand.

Dimitri: In fearful day in raging night,with strong hearts full our souls ignite, when all seems lost in the war of light, look to the stars for hope burns bright!

He then got engulfed in blue energy and was now in his blue lantern outfit.

Dimitri: It's hero time! I always wanted to say that.

He then flew out and head to the store inside we see a robber as the cashier was putting the money in the bag as the robber was holding a gun but then the doors opened and he looked to see Dimitri.

Robber: Who the heck are you?

Dimitri: Oh I'm just a hero that's gonna kick your butt.

Then he came at him as the robber fired at him as he used a shield construct to block the bullets as the robber kept firing at him and then heard a clicking sound as his gun was empty of bullets as Dimitri walked to him.

Dimitri: Your all out.

Then he made a gauntlet construct and punched the robber square in the face making him hit a wall and was knocked out as Dimitri walked to the door as the cashier looked at him.

Cashier: Thanks. Who are you?

Dimitri: Me? Just your friendly neighborhood Blue Lantern.

Then he walked out the door and flew off as he looked down to see police cars coming as the robber was being brought in the car.

Dimitri: So far so good.

As he was flying he then saw a bus was about to fall off a bridge as people were screaming in it as he then flew down to it and looked at the passengers.

Dimitri: Don't worry I'm here to help.

Then the bus started to move as the bus fell but was caught by a hand construct as Dimitri was making it move to the ground safely as everyone got out and saw Dimitri.

Woman: Thank you.

Boy: Are you a new hero.

Dimitri: Yeah, the name's Blue Lantern.

Boy: Are you like green lantern?

Dimitri: Yeah but I also have other abilities. Have a good day.

He then flew off as he looked down at Metropolis.

Dimitri: So far I'm doing good, mom I wish you could see me now.

He then heard an explosion and saw was a building falling as he then saw the superhero girls as they were leading everyone to safety as Kara was trying to keep it from falling as a piece of rubble was about to fall on Jessica.

Dimitri: Watch out!

You then flew down and as Jessica heard you she saw the rubble falling and was about to land on her but they saw a blue blur came and grabbed Jessica as the superhero girls saw it was you and you were holding Jessica bridal style as she saw you and blushed.

Jessica: Thanks.

Dimitri: Anytime.

Kara: Hello? Falling building? Remember?
