The sudden call of her name made her head shoot up. Eyes slightly widening at the boy in front her. She weren't expecting him.
her eyebrows furrowed ,"w-wait--wait," averting her gaze around the place and then she narrowed her eyes back to him. "from where did you popped out?"
"uhh it's a secret." He said a big smile all plastered on his face but on the other hand Yoon-Ji rolled her eyes.
"but don't worry, im not alone, i have company with me." he layed down on the cot across from her, and crossed his legs.
"you what.?"
she glance over at him, noticing his eyes that stared at something, and more specific at someone. Yoon-Ji followed his gaze and her soul almost had left her.

The sweet aroma of freshly coffee filled my senses as i waited in the line to order our drinks for literally 10 whole minutes , drops of sweat rolled down from my face.
I ran my fingers through my long hair for the 5th time, and i realised how i had propably burnt more calories by standing there than i had with Yoon-Ji at the gym the whole of the year.
I wasn't exactly paying attention to my surroundings and for my bad luck, the moment i had turned to look at the person standing only a few inches away from me i flinched away from pain.
An awful unbearable pain.
My breath stuck at the back of my throat and my mind was wiped black.
"WATCH OUT!"
The sudden sound of someone shouting over the place, made my head spun to its direction, but the next second i had lost my balance and fell into the pools deep water.

I breathed in sharply and held it as much as i can. The dizziness, the pain on my face was burning, painfully and also it was creating a buzzing sound through my ears. The outlines of my sight were slowly becoming blurry, darken even. I shut my eyes closed and accidentally swallowed a bit of water from my injured nose and flooded into my lungs.
My lungs were screaming for oxygen and i tried to move but suddenly felt a pair of strong arms grabbing my body and scooping me up.
He moved fast, decively.
The stinging sensation in my throat caused me to clench into the guys arms.
Holding my body like nobody ever does he pushed both of us upwards. And that was the last thing i remember before everything went black.

Immediately i swam at the edge of the pool holding the girls body securely tight in my arms. People were murmuring to each other and looking at us but i couldnt care less.
Once i got out of the pool, i laid her unconscious body on the floor and kneeled down beside her.
Drops of blood were dripping down from her nose but that didnt stop me from leaning forward and checking if her breathing was normally.
she wasn't breathing at all.
As soon as i didn't hear her breathing normally, i positioned and interlocked my hands on the center of her chest as i then began performing CPR.

It was like my own heart wasn't beating.
Repeatedly chest compressions and rescue breaths, chest rising and falling, each time i pushed and then again back to her mouth.
she wasn't responting.
"breath." I breathed out with fear, despair and agony to save her life, to hear her breath, my heart was beating faster and faster each second.
Memories of my brother's incident flashed back in my head. the most awful years of my fucking life.
i was about to lean in for another mouth--to--mouth rescue breath, when she started coughing water.

The moment my lungs came into contact with the air once again, slowly filling with fresh oxygen, i started coughing uncontrollably.
He placed me side ways and began patting my back helping me easy my coughing. My throat was itching from the water i'd swallowed and my body was trembling, still mildly in shock. My head was in a lot of pain and i could feel a burning sensation in my face.
"You are safe." He spoke, his voice like butter. Soft and smooth, sliding over me and seeping into my skin.
The sun was hitting his back casting a long shadow over me. That's when i saw his face. and i tried to speak. I tried to open my mouth but no words came out.
I was stunned into silence for a few seconds and without saying anything he scooped me up enveloping me into his embrace tightly.
I had scrutinized the boy who saved my life, noticing how his brown hair falls straight against the sharp, smooth planes of his face, so classically perfect. His Dark brown eyes were staring me and i stare back before i hastily flickered my eyes away and turned my head to the right, suddenly looking at my best friend running towards us.
And i closed my eyes.
