(Zenna's outfit and nails)⬆️ I was sitting at the table with my parents, eating breakfast when my dad cleared his throat. "Sooooo, new look?" My dad asked with a nervous expression. "I like it. My new friends like it." I told them without looking up. "Don't you and your new friends, think that this look is a bit too much?" Dad asked nervously. "Oh! Leave her alone! I think it looks amazing!" My mom said. "Thanks mom." I said with a smile. "Sweetie, you know i would love to talk about your new look more, because i love fashion. But if you don't go right now, you will be late for school." Mom said. I then checked the clock and saw that it was almost 08:30. "Oh! Thanks mom! Bye dad, mom! Love you!" I said before running to school. I heard a faint 'love you too!' from my parents and i laughed a little.
When i arrived at school i saw Wynter waiting at the doors. When she saw me, she waved me to go to her, and i did as i was asked. "Hey Wynter. What's up?" I greeted the female werewolf. "Nothing much. I just waited for you. Okay, now bye!" Wynter said before running away. Okay, that was unexpected. I walked into the cafeteria and heard people complementing my new look. I smiled at what they said all around me. Suddenly i heard someone calling my name. I turned around to see Zed running towards me. "Zenna! I was up all night thinking. You can't be a werewolf." Zed said. "But i love moonlight strolls, especially when there's a party." I said. "Yeah, and you like sunsets too. But that doesn't mean that you're a vampire. Trust me, it's hard being considered a monster." Zed told me. "All i ever wanted is to fit in and find my place somewhere, and maybe my place is with the werewolves. And don't forget, I pretended to be a zombie this whole time, so it's not like I don't know about how you feel..."I said to Zed.
"Do you still have the moonstone-necklace? And if yes, then where?" Zed asked rather suddenly. "Uh, yeah i still have it. And it's in my locker. Why?" I asked with suspicion in my voice. "Oh, just asking." Zed said before running off towards the lockers.
Honestly, i lied. The necklace is in my pocket. I just felt like Zed would ask that, just to take it. So I lied to him, he's family but I can't have him ruin this for me. "Hey, Zenna! We're going to 'hang out', wanna come?" Wynter said/asked me. I knew that 'hang out' meant sabotaging the demolition. "Yeah, let's go." I said before running off with her.
