Marinette's POV:
Marinette looks at the calendar in her room. She can not believe it. She and Adrien have been dating each other for six months. They have been rather wonderful times. She worries something will go wrong. She gets up, dresses, and goes to the kitchen. She begins to eat.
She is now in her room, with her hairbrush in her hand. She brushes her hair and fixes it into a nice bun. She might as well since her hair has grown out enough for this style. She finishes the last-minute touches to her look by adding a simple, blue hair ribbon to the end of the braid.
Marinette hears the doorbell ring and immediately freaks out. She looks out the peephole to see Adrien is there and in a nice suit too. She breathes a sigh of relief.
"Hi, Adrien," Marinette says as she pulls open the front door.
"Hi, Marinette," Adrien replies.
"Wow, I did not even have to knock," Adrien says rather impressed.
"Yes, well I saw you out there so naturally, I opened the door," Marinette states.
"You look great!" Adrien tells her.
" You do too," Marinette says with a blush.
Adrien's POV:
Adrien smiles as his girlfriend swings the door open for him. He is happy to see even after all this time she is still the same Marinette. Sure she does not stutter around him anymore, but she is the same woman. He teases her just a bit, then compliments her.
Adrien can see the sorrowful expression in her eyes as she compliments him as well. He has no idea what could have put it there.
" Mari, come on let us go," Adrien says. He grabs her hand.
Marinette nods her head in agreement without another word to him. She does not look at him as he leads her to the car, or as he sits in the driver's seat. He sees her seat on the passenger's side, but by the looks of it she is still sad.
Adrien wonders what on earth has gotten into his girlfriend to make her respond in such away. It is not as if he said anything to offend her or did anything unkind. The silence on the way to the dinner place is killing him. Once they arrive, he opens the car door for her, then they enter the restaurant together. It is a special one with a meal and a show at the same time.
"How may I assist you?" A lady asks.
"Ah, yes, here," Adrien says. He hands her the two tickets.
"Thanks, and enjoy the show, sir," She says.
Adrien and Marinette take a seat. The whole time he notices she remains silent.
Marinette's POV:
Everything is happening so fast. Adrien grabs my hand and pulls me out the door. The next thing I know I am in the car with him. He drives me to this fancy place and we enter it together.
We find a seat at this nice table. It turns out he brought me to a barn dinner theater type place where you get to eat and watch a play at the same time.
It is rather expensive and nice. So, why can not I stop this feeling that something bad is about to happen? She thought to herself.
