I couldn't write this at first it was too close to my heart - struggling myself and watching my friend struggle.
Go to a physchiatrist. They will help you. Pleas go. You will be able to talk to them and they will listen and try to help you decide what to do with your life.
However ultimately the session to get better is yours to make.Make that decision say now.

I will get better. Repeat and be determined. You have to feel it from your bottom of your heart cause this will be a fight the best fight of your life and also the biggest fight on your life.
