The Dead Rising book 1

The Beginning

I had woken up and all I heard were people screaming but the first person I noticed was Bryan he was laying on the road like he had been hit. I tried running to him but I couldnt move so I looked around and I seen people I knew in the road they looked like they were dead but they weren't, and then other people I didnt know being chased and eaten by these things then it all came to mind is it the end?

Then all black. I had woken up again but it was all quiet and no sounds I asked my self in my head " am I?' What happened?' Am I dead?" Then I realized it was cold and dark and there was a light in front of me then something hit me. I woke up straped to something and some one asked me all of these questions I dont remember clearly but they asked me if I wanted to live to see the end if I wanted to see the people I love and my friends. I had said yes and the person let me go and it went black again. I woke up back where I had been taken from and I ran to see my friends and I asked Emely if she was ok she had said yes im fine but are u ok ur bleeding from ur head I told her that I had hit my head but im ok she had got up and ran to Tony as I ran to Bryan when they woke up we had started to wake our other friends up and we had all been woken up and we all walked around to see if we could find more people we went in to houses and homes and stores but no one no one was there it was like silent hill or was there even people on the planet any more.

What happened here we all asked each other??

When we seen someone walking towards us we ran up to them and they were bleeding and there was a knife in her stomach we screamed and ran and Manny found a gun on the floor and shot what ever this thing was in the head and it just collapsed Alawna and Steffany screamed "WHAT IS THAT THING GET IT AWAY!!!"
