Entering Coruscant was easy enough with the codes he had received from Count Dooku, but faking a siege proved to be way more difficult.

"Sir, are we to attack the enemy?" One droid asked General Grievous while his back was to the machine. "The enemy is right outside-"

The cyborg warrior severed the droid's head with one of his lightsabers before he could finish.

Grievous stared at the other droids standing near him. "You better make sure the next thing which comes out of you-" he started coughing asthmatically.

"Roger, roger." The two droids said in unison and hurriedly dismissed themselves.

Grievous returned to staring through the viewport of his shuttle's main deck.

He could not wait to get off this wretched planet.

During their first battle, Trunks had planted a tracker which inserted itself under Anakin's skin. He was following the signal while being extra careful not to slip off a hilltop by mistake. He was happy he did not have to waste time in killing people or machines to enter Luther. A Force-deception from space had done the trick.

Padme was lying down on the sofa-cum-bed with her head rested upon her husband's lap. They were in their hotel room sipping expensive wine courtesy of Padme's friend who had invited her here. The secret couple remained silent knowing that this was their last day here. The next morning they were to depart from this luxurious capital aptly named Luther City. Golden sunlight shined through the wide window in front of them. Anakin noticed the way it sensually enriched the fulsomeness of his beloved's brown hair. He was about to run his fingers through it when his wristpad beeped.

"Rex?" Anakin positioned the hologram in such a way that Padme could not be revealed.

"General." The clone said with utmost seriousness. "I'm afraid to inform you that there has been a siege on Coruscant. By General Grievous, Sir."

After hearing that, Padme slipped from beneath Anakin's muscular arms and tiptoed to the bar but with no intention of refilling her glass.

Anakin acknowledged Padme's knowing look before telling Rex that he would get there right away.

When Trunks was a few meters away from the hotel, he noticed Anakin in his battle armor lovingly embracing Senator Amidala outside the front entrance.

Trunks ignited his lightsaber and the purple glow cast a light on his face. He was about to jump off the edge of the hilltop when he was prematurely lifted off from his feet.

The purple-haired swordsman landed on an adjacent hill. Unbeknownst to him and his attacker, these were the same hills that Anakin and Padme were having fun upon a day ago. Trunks realized the Force-push was a warning as he had been caught off-guard and could have easily been killed. So he was not surprised to see his father standing on the hill he himself was standing on mere moments ago.

Obi-Wan's lightsaber was lit but held to his side.

"You could've finished me there and then." Trunks said keeping his lightsaber in the same position as his father. "That was a non-fatal blow."

"Stop what you are planning this instant, Trunks." Obi-Wan pleaded with his son. "Violence is not necessary when words can suffice."

Trunks responded with his lightsaber raised in both hands.

Obi-Wan sighed mimicking the movement. "So be it."

The General leaped but did not slash at his son when he reached him. Trunks dodged by rolling forward on the ground. Then Trunks retaliated by slamming his blade against Obi-Wan's but his strength wasn't enough to push the experienced fighter backwards.
