So yeah... that's how I got here, know I need to catch you up in the recent events, a few days ago we got a message from a steaming horse (I don't mean a handsome horse I mean a literal steam horse) It said in a deep dark voice

- A journey must occur in the morning. The amber assassin will not object with the deaf hostler in a graveyard. The idealistic hamster will finally doze with the mysterious lieutenant in a garden. They will err, and the well-intentioned horse will never boast at the coming of anger. An announcement will take place...

Then the horse vanished with a wisp with me confused, but the words were still burned onto my mind"A journey must occur in the morning.

The amber assassin will not object with the deaf hostler in a graveyard. The idealistic hamster will finally doze with the mysterious lieutenant in a garden. They will err, and the well-intentioned horse will never boast at the coming of anger.

An announcement will take place."

What announcement? What assassin? And what journey? He had to tell Amaya back at camp (after joining in the forest, they became friends and allies). When I got there I told her everything; she looked at me surprised.

Then we went to sleep. When we woke up, burning with anticipation ran toward the campfire spreading or arms confused, then there was a shake, then a rumble. Then we heard BOOM, ripping the trees right out of the ground, and then there was another BOOM!

- what was that I said shaking

- dunno said Amaya was quivering as well,

then the statue appeared. Which ruined my whole day. It exploded into existence right there on the campfire. It immediately smothered the flames out of existence since it was a chilly day I shouted

- hey!!

I mean, I wasn't dying from the cold because of the jacket I had "bought" from the store, Which means that I pickpocketed someone then bought the coat. Still, I had worked really hard on that flame, well not the flame; the actual wood was tough to get because it was spring, and it rained nearly every day. So dry wood was really rare, or I could dry it with my power, but it still drained me to light a flame for so long, even if it's tiny. So I had to venture into the forest with the big kitchen knife, peel the bark off the tree, and then heat up the knife and hack at the pealed part. And bring the log and bark. Meanwhile, Amaya used her stealth to lurk into the nearest convenience store and steal some canned food. We both especially liked peaches in syrup as a treat once in a while.

I should probably explain how our camp was laid out.

Well, there was my tent then straight in front of it; there's the campfire with a stack of 5 cans right beside it, the knife on top of it. Behind my tent, there's a rock with a hole 3ft deep filled with cans of food. To the far left of the clearing, there's a large river that we use to drink and fill canteens; it has a pebble "beach" that stretched for a bit in front of the campfire. There's the rope then after that there's Amaya's tent. beside the rock, there's a shallow cave (not big enough to sleep in but sufficient space to place firewood) with a bit of firewood in it

anyway the statue bellowed

- YOU WILL GO WEST
your parents aren't dead they were captured and brought to the dead king's castle

- what?? Amaya said saying reading my mind

- LIAR, I said a bit louder than I expected

flames danced along with my hands, reacting to my unexpected anger. I wound back my hands and clapped as strongly as I could, creating a massive explosion and decimating the statue and myself, my arms were now broken. I fell forward exhausted, suddenly tired, even though I had just had a good night's sleep. Thankfully Amaya had been on the other side and had barely been scorched, and she was already patting the flames out. I had lost control; I looked around. My tent was melted to the ground, the cans cooked and burning white, the knife bent the tip had been melted because of the extreme heat

some of the pebbles were melted to the ground like black glass. Amaya walked to the cans and put her hands together like she was going to pray; blue light came out of the palms, and a bubble of floating water began to form as she separated her hands slowly, then the blue stopped when it was about 4 feet thick and it fell onto the cans making a lot of steam and hissing like a thousand small snakes, Amaya put up her arms and the water steamed and evaporated, she had created the water and disposed of it. the knife was now dull and the cans bent. I had literally exploded, my anger uncontained, now I barely had the energy to sit up ( Which I had done )

- sorry I said feebly

- no problem, I was about to take a shot myself she said angrily, clearly still angry about the whole encounter

after a few hours, we managed to get back the things we lost. we stole a tent, a knife, and some food and I managed to after eating and sleeping for a bit I was back to normal. we disused a plan at the campfire, my arms were already mending like I could feel them repairing. see I've always been an extraordinarily fast healer. then with a snap, I felt them back to normal. I flexed my arms and felt nothing wrong

- my arms are fixed I said amazed

- how she said confused

- dunno I said also confused
