Flashback:

Addies POV

I laid in the cold doctors chair. The nurse took my information as my stomach twisted and turned as i felt i was going to be sick.

"Addilynn, why are you here today honey?" She spoke with a voice that calmed me down a bit.

"It's Addie, and Uhm, i..i think i have a uti.." trying to sound as calm as could be. My mother looked up and smiled while patting her hands on her crossed legs.

The nurse looked at me and spoke once again, "Okay darling , Mrs. Peters i would like you to step out so I can ask Addie , some personal questions."

"Oh of course!" My mother spoke with her russian accent as she scurried on out of the room smiling as she closed the door.

"Now Addie, why are you really here honey, i won't tell your mom but i can tell when a 17 year old girl is lieing to me.." She was now rummaging through a cabinet.

"I...i think i may be pregnant." i nearly whispered the words as fresh tears whelmed up in my eyes.

She looked at me with some understandment in her eyes, that i wish i could see in my moms once i told her the real reason i was here. The nurse pulled a cup and label out of the cabinent as she wrote my name 'Addilynn Rayne Peters' on in scribbles. She looked at me then opened her mouth to speak again.

"Alright Addie, i am going to give you this cup and send you in this here bathroom, i will tell your mother it is a 'uti' test of your urine.." she half smiled as she handed me the cup and led me into the clean white bathroom.

I shut the door and instinctivly locked it. Thank goodness my mom wouldn't catch on to anything. She isn't used to being in American Doctor facilities. She moved her on a commercial job from Russia. She then met my dad and was love at first site.

I finally finished and looked at the small cup, i fastned the lid. This ...a cup of piss of all things would sooner or later determine my future. Now that, that's something else i murmered to myself.

"Addie?" a small wrapping on the door and the nurse's voice

"Coming, just washing my hands!" i hurridly said as i ran water and soap through my hands grabbed a paper towel, and wrapped it around the cup.

"Here..." handing the cup to the nurse.

She set the cup down and what she did next shocked me. She hugged me soothing me. " It will all be alright honey i know you're scared."

I looked up at the woman now realizing how beautiful she was with he brow ringlet hair pulled back into a high pony-tail, her shocking green eyes lined with thin lines of eyeliner and beautiful eyelashed that distinguished her pale skin.

I hugged her back as i began to cry.

"shhhhh shhh, it's alright. Let me take this and get this done." She walked flawlessly out of the room.

Now this is my future. It all relys on a cup. A test. And a woman i don't know.
