There's gonna be a whole chapter dedicated to having you put your username down. Just put something like "yo rate my account" or something like that-

1: don't get offended, this is just our opinions. And please don't let our opinions make you feel like shit, you're awesome regardless of what we think
2: don't change anything when you apply. That's kinda cheating
3: give us some time. We're not always on this account, so if we don't get back to you right away, then don't get mad/pm us about it. We'll see it when we see it. Plus, if we have a disagreement on anything, we'll have to work it out, and that could set us back a little bit.
