Chapter 12: Love is in the Air
Eddie headed up to his room and sat on his bed. He thought about what had happened in the dungeon a few moments ago. Was Richie just being nice or was he flirting? Did Richie return Eddies feelings or was the love he felt unrequited? He didn't know what to think. He had dropped a not-so subtle hint by kissing Richie's cheek before he left that night. But did Richie realize it? He groaned. "Why is love so hard?" he asked himself, knowing that's what he felt around the curly haired boy. He knew what love felt like now. He always felt butterflies in his stomach and he felt safe around Richie. He sighed "I have to tell him" he whispered to himself. Little did he know, love was in the air, and it had found Richie as well as himself.
