do not fall in love with me.

because i will lick your blood from my fingertips and keep a spoonful of it in my locket.

you will live forever

in my poetry and books

and i will dip back into your blood in my locket

and lick my lips red.

you will live forever in me.

do not fall in love with me.

for the way you will look at me when my midnight smile turns into one of madness

is not something i can handle nor comprehend.

for my smile is filled with more weight than your delicate shoulders can handle.

and i will once again dip the corner of my smallest finger into my locket.

the one filled with your blood.

do not fall in love with me.

(it will only end in bloodshed)
