You wanted to laugh but it probably wasn't the most appropriate in the current situation, watching as Eddie screamed at Richie. Eddie had fallen through the floors of the old Well House and broke his arm, resulting in him getting very emotional and angry. Richie was trying to get close to him but he was not having it, flinging himself backwards in fear. But he let you approach him, so while you got his attention, Richie grabbed his arm. You had to hold Eddie's other hand, and ended up hugging him as Richie forcefully snapped his arm back into place. Eddie would normally appreciate your comfort, in any other situation, but all he could do was hug you and cry as Richie 'fixed' his arm.
