Lunch had finally come around after what seemed like thirty hours. Yes I'm over exaggerating.

I excitedly walked downstairs, looking down at my overly happy feet. I noticed my shoe was untied, so I kneeled down and began to tie it.

"Ooh! I love this game!" A familiar voice said, placing their hands on my head and jumping over me. He landing on his feet in front me and knelt down to the ground just as I'm doing."your turn!" He laughed. I laughed along with Daniel after I finished with my shoe laces.

"I'm not doing that. Not in school I'm not."I chuckle softly and he stood up with a pout placed on his lips. I laugh and walks down the rest of the stairs.

"So, how's your day been so far?" He asks following me.

"It's been great actually, I bumped into Casey earlier today and now I'm going to sit with her during lunch. Which it where I'm going now."

He smirked and nudged my arm lightly."Oo Niall's getting some."

I shook my head, walking through the door of the school."Im not 'getting some'. I'm just simply having lunch with a cute girl who also happens to be my crush." I smile and he chuckles.

"Okay okay."

Spotting Casey sitting down at a small wooden table, I wave Daniel bye and make my way towards Casey.

"Hey, Casey." I smile once I got close enough to her and I noticed she was reading a book.

She looked up at me and smiled."Hi Niall."

"What's that you're reading?" I ask sitting down in front of her.

"It's called The Hit."

"Mind me asking what's it about?"

"Well, there's this pill that you take that allows you to live other seven days before you officially die..and the author took that pill and they trying to do as many things as they can before the seven days end. I'm sorry if you don't get it. I'm not the best at explaining things." She laughed softly; tucking a strand of hair behind her ear as she looked down.

I smiled and nodded."It's fine. I understand it." She nodded and closed her book still staying silent.

We stayed like this for a couple minutes until I stood up."how about we go get lunch now?"

"Yeah yeah. Right." She nodded and stool up placing the book in her bag.
