"Hyung! I made sandwiches for you!"
Jisung happily skipped his way towards the older boy at one of the lockers. In his hand, there was a packet of sandwiches he packed just for the guy. He handed it to him.
But Minho just stared at the food before saying, "No thanks."
The squirrel guy pouted a bit. "Just take it. I woke up early to make this for you."
"Then you were wasting your time." Minho replied and adjusted the strap of his bag before walking away.
Jisung did not want to give up. He barely see the older at the canteen during recess so he assumed he never eat his lunch. And Jisung did not want that to happen. Instead of leaving him alone, he pulled Minho's arm and put the sandwich and a small bottle of milk in his hand.
"There. Eat well hyung!" he smiled, showing his neatly arranged teeth. Before Minho could say anything, he walked away to meet his best friend, Hyunjin.
"Jinnie!"
"Yo Ji, what's up?" Hyunjin closed his locker door and they began to walk together to their class.
"Nothing. I just gave Minho hyung food, as usual." he spoke as his eyes lit up at the mention of his name.
A small sigh escaped Hyunjin's lip. "You're still crushing on him?"
Smiling, he nodded. "Why? I thought you're supporting me!"
"I am, but it's been three months," he stated. "I'm actually surprised when you still haven't give up."
"There's nothing to give up. As long as he does not hate me I'll try." Jisung said, trying to be hopeful when the reality he was actually scared if Minho really hates him. But he still could try, right?
Hyunjin smiled at his best friend's determination. He ruffled his fluffy hair, earning a groan from the other. "I made my hair for almost ten minutes!"
"Short hair only needs thirty seconds, idiot." Hyunjin laughed.
"It's because I need to look good in front of him." he repaired his hair.
Hyunjin felt a stung on his chest when knowing it was about Minho again but he ignored it. He knew he wouldn't have a chance so he was hoping for the best for Jisung. What makes Jisung happy is what makes him happy too.
As long as Jisung is happy.
