*Naruto*

It's all my fault. I know Boruto was being a brat, but this time I went too far. I feel really bad. I can't get the picture of my son crying, out of my head.

I of course know that Boruto did not mean what he said. He was mad and I understand that, but what he said and did was not only unacceptable, it is a crime.

I ran out of the arena after processing what Boruto had said. "I will come back".

As I was running, only one thought continuously crossed my mind, is Boruto planning on leaving the village?

*Back at his house*

"Boruto, you up there?" I yelled. I didn't get a response so I sprinted up the stairs and knocked on his door. "Boruto, please. I'm sorry for not being there for you, I'm sorry for embarrassing you. You didn't deserve it. I promise I will make time for you and your sister. Please just open the door so we can talk." I still got no response.

I went into me and Hinata's room and grabbed the spare key.

I then opened Boruto's door and there was no sign of him. It is the same way he left it.

I checked to see if everything was there, and nothing was moved.

I sighed and ran through village. There was no sign of Boruto.

That is when I paled. I ran as fast as I can to the gates and asked the guards if they had seen Boruto run by, they both said no.

I had soon ran back to the Hokages Residence (the hokages tower) and dispatched anbu to search for Boruto.

They soon came back and confirmed my worst fear. Boruto is missing. I broke down. I quickly called Hinata and told her. "Hinata. I'm
s-sorry, B-Boruto is missing". She soon started to cry.
