Walter is worried. Together with their sister, they ran to their house, figuring that something must be wrong at the home. His ice blue eyes are full of anxiety and fear.

They scampered through dark alleys and cars. They even saw an ice cream vendor selling ice cream to small children. The whole scene reminds him of his childhood

He stared at his sister.

Her chocolate brown eyes are startling. Her outfit today is very troubling, it made Walter feel nostalgic.

It must be the trend of teenagers nowadays,he thought. Even though he is eighteen, he despises his generation. Walter knows the right word to describe his generation: FUN.

His generation always looks for that stupid word. They don't mind their own responsibilities as young men and women of our society. That made Walter very serious and responsible to his studies and family.

All of these ran through Walter's head as he ran to their house.

Finally they reached it.

His eyes widened. Her sister gulped. He stared at their house.

The fence is broken. The grass in their lawn is singed. The big acacia tree in their backyard is burnt.

The whole thing is in ruins.

It looked like some big, mean giant had accidentally stepped on it.

Walter' knees buckled to the ground. He wanted to cry. He wanted to scream why was the world so unfair.

Lucia knelt beside him, and then offered her hand. Her sister blinked backed her tears. She faced him. "Walt, let's go inside. Let's find Mom. It can't be too late."

Walter couldn't find his own voice.

He just nodded at her sister and went inside their house, where they made memories, had fun, and grew up.
