CHAEYOUNG'S POV

I got off my car and went to the apartment building of my girlfriend. I started to walk towards her apartment and rang the doorbell thrice.

No response.

I rang it again.

No response.

Okay. That's weird. She usually opens the door after three rings. I just decided get myself inside using my keycard to her apartment.

I saw another shoe beside her sandals in front of the door, it doesn't look like it will fit her's. It also doesn't seem like its made for women.

Okay. Weird. Now I'm getting nervous.

I placed my shoe in front of the door and proceeded to walk to the living room. I saw a scented candle which was probably just turned off since I can still smell its vanilla scent wafting through the air. She's definitely here, but why didn't she answer the door?

I proceeded to go to the kitchen to look for her but I just saw dirty dishes placed on the sink. I looked around and saw wine and more scented candles placed in the middle of the dining table. I'm worried. If she planned this for our anniversary, she will make sure to wash the dishes first.

Why do I feel as if I'm Sherlock Holmes?

I chuckled at the thought. I'm still nervous though. I still can't get this bad feeling off my chest.

As I walked my way to her bedroom I heard weird noises which made me worried as heck. I don't wanna think that she's cheating on me. As I got closer to her bedroom the noises became more lewd. Oh god no.

When I was already near her bedroom, there I saw her making out with a guy who I didn't recognize just in front of her bedroom door. She was starting to undress him while eating each other's faces out. My blood is boiling. When he was gripping on the doorknob, trying open the bedroom door, I screamed.

"W-WHAT IS THIS? WHY?! Why..." I shouted, tears are starting to form in my eyes.

They stopped making out and looked at me with shocked faces. They quickly fixed themselves and she gestured the guy to leave. As the guy makes his way out, he eyed me and smirked at me. What the fuck?!

I glared at him and looked at her. She has an expressionless look on her face.

"Why?" I weakly asked, trying hard to hold back the tears that are threathening to fall.

She laughed loudly. "What the hell Chaeyoung? Are you really that foolish?" She said.

"What do you mean?" I glared at her. So this has been going on for a long time now?

She groaned. "Can't you see? I'm only dating you because you're rich, famous and, well, I guess I can say you're cute... you're a great boost to my image."

I clenched my fists. This fucking bitch. I can't believe I am such a fool.

"Well, now. I don't need you anymore. You see I already found someone better than you. He is richer than you. Although he isn't really that famous but I don't care anymore 'cause he's hot. He gives me everything I want... even sex." She said while looking at me with a smug look on her face. I badly wanna rip that fucking face off.

I scoffed. "You did say that you're gonna wait until marriage."

She just rolled her eyes. "Anyways, I'm breaking up with you. Now can you leave my apartment?" She said with a bored expression on her face while looking at her nails. I fucking paid for that mani-pedi.

"Wait? So I'm gonna leave this apartment which I always paid for?" I said.

"Oh don't worry babe, he's been paying for it since last year." She said. I scoffed. The audacity to call me babe.
