Chapter 5

Bakugo's point of view

I woke up the next morning happier than usual. I was still a little shocked that Denki Kaminari was my boyfriend. I got up out of my bed and took a shower. I decided to wear black jeans and a plain red sweatshirt.

I went into the common room and sat down. There were still five more hours until Denki and I left. "I did not expect to see you here, Katsuki," Denki said from behind me. I jumped up a bit and turned around. "Hey," I said. I looked over at him and saw that he was wearing blue jeans with a yellow crop top.

Denki sat down next to me on the couch and smiled at me. "Where are we going today?" He asked. "It is a surprise," I said. "Okay." He said. He played his head on my shoulder and smiled at me. I smiled back and put my arm around him. In the next few hours, we stayed like that and talked until it was five.

"Are you ready?" I asked. "Yeah," Denki said. I took his hand in mine and led him to our destination. "Do you know how to roller skate?" I asked. "Yeah. Do you?" Denki asked. "Not really," I said, kind of embarrassed. "I'll show you," Denki said smiling. His smile is so cute. "Your cute," I mumbled. "Th-thanks," Denki said.

We went inside and got out roller skates. We went on the ring and we both went forward. I tried to stay at Denki's speed, but I almost fell. He took my hand and led me along. After a few minutes, I started to get the hang of it. After that, me and Denki was skating together.

At eight, writing pretty tired so we left to go eat. We went to a restaurant and ordered our food. "I had fun today," Denki said. "Me too," I said. We ate our food and then went back to the dorms. When we got back I walked with Denki to his room. "Goodnight. Today was great." I said. "Goodnight," Denki said. I started to leave but Denki grabbed my arm. "What is it?" I asked.

He stood up on his tippy toes and leaned forward. He looked up at my eyes then leaned in and kissed me. It was slow but not too forceful it felt perfect. I immediately kissed back it just felt so right.

"I need to bleach my eyes." Someone said from the other end of the hallway. we quickly turned to see Aizawa. "Sorry," Denki said. He grabbed my arm and quickly pulled me into his dorm.

He looked up at me in shock and embarrassment and we both started laughing. "Hey, Katsuki. Can I talk to you about something?" He asked.

"Sure, What is it?" I asked. "Well, it's just that you have made me really happy these past few days and you have made me laugh a lot. Thank you, Katsuki." Denki said. "I feel the same. Thank you, Denki." I said.

"Anyways, what are we going to tell the class?" Denki asked. "What do you mean?" I asked. "Are we going to tell them that we are dating?" Denki asked. "Well, I have an idea. You can walk up to the squad like normal and I will do the rest." I said.

"What are you going to do?" He asked. "I guess you will just have to wait and see," I said. I kissed him and got up to leave. I was almost out of the door when Denki jumped up and grabbed my arm. "Wait, what are you going to do?" He asked.

"It is a surprise," I said. I quickly pulled out of his grip and ran to my dorm room. I locked the door in case he ran after me. I pulled out my phone that was ringing. I saw that it was Denki calling and answered. "Katsuki Bakugo, what are you going to do?" Denki asked. "You will see. I am tired. Goodnight, Babe." I said. I quickly hung up and turned off my phone.

I set my alarm clock and put on my pajamas. I turned off my lamp and laid down. I closed my eyes and eventually fell asleep.
