"Has sworn off saying the f-bomb, but has said it at some point." - Sonic, Vector, Tails, Jet, Wave, etc.
"Has not said the f-bomb before, but can if so desired." - Silver, Knuckles, Rouge, Omega, Storm, Mephiles, Metal Sonic, etc.
"Has not said the f-bomb before, and refuses to say it." - Blaze, Amy, Charmy, etc.
"Legally can't say the f-bomb." - Cream.
