The day had came, the day she was meeting Taylor's mother. She was more nervous than ever, it's not that she was nervous about meeting someone new, it was meeting Taylor's mother, the one who gave birth to the love of her life. Nothing was more frightening than this.
"Honey? Did you get everything?" Gaga said as she put on her jacket. Taylor nodded and said "yep! I got it. Let's go." They left out of their apartment and got into the car for a ride to Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Taylor was driving and gaga was sitting in the passenger seat, texting and looking through instagram. Taylor situated his body in the seat and grabbed her hand, slightly squeezing it. Gaga put her phone down and said "I am so fucking nervious, I am worried she will not like me." Taylor shook his head and said "I don't know why she wouldn't. Your the best woman ever. She will love you." Gaga took his word for it but she still felt uneasy about meeting her.
The whole ride from New York to Pennsylvania was calm and relaxed. They laughed and talked, they even danced and sang to the radio. When they finally arrived, taylor turned the car off and said "she will love you. Don't worry baby, just try not to be so nervous. Ok?" Gaga nodded in agreement and opened the door to get out of the car.
As they walked to the front door and rang the bell, A woman came to the door and reached her arms out to taylor saying "my baby! I have missed you so much! come in". They walked in and taylor cleared his throat as he said "mom, this is Stefani, Stef this is my mother Pam." Gaga reached her hand out for a shake but Pam came in for a hug and said "oh Stefani, it's nice to finally meet the woman I have heard so much about." Taylor glanced over at gaga and smiled as gaga said "and it's nice to meet you. Taylor talks about you all the time." Pam smiled and said "good or bad? Good I hope." Gaga nodded and said "good".
As time passed, gaga didn't feel nervous anymore. She felt comfortable with Pam. She was such a nice woman and so beautiful too. She brought out the old pictures of taylor as a baby and gaga loved it.
While looking at one of the baby pictures of taylor, gaga leaned into him and said "I hope our babies are as cute as you were as a baby." Taylor put his head down and smiled. Pam said "so when are you guys going to make me a grandma?" Taylor threw his hand up and said "mom!".
"Sorry honey, I just can't wait until I am a grandma." Gaga blushed and said "I don't really know. I want a family, a soccer team, but, not right now. My career is going smooth and I am so busy, but, I will grant your wish." Pam smiled big at what gaga said and put her tea down as she said "Stefani, I am so happy that taylor found the right girl. He needed a strong and bright woman like yourself." Gaga grabbed her hand and said "and I am happy I finally found the right man. I thank you for having me and I will assure you that your son is the only man I will ever want." Pam nodded and arose out of her chair for another cup of tea.
The stay there in Lancaster was the perfect thing for gaga and taylor. Gaga didn't think Pam would like her because of what the tabloids say about her. It turns out that Pam looked past that and seen the real lady gaga and that made gaga so happy. That one question stuck in her mind though. Gaga didn't know when she was going to have a family but it wasn't going to be soon.
