A baby girl

 As soon as I was okay to be released from the hospital with Skylar I waited until Lucas was done with school so he could be in the car when we took her home for the first time it was only Monday but still. The doctors said I could go back to school in about a week, but I didn't know if I could be away from Skylar that soon, because as soon as she was placed on my chest I fell deeply in love. Honestly I think in that I loved Skylar more than I did Lucas. After Lucas and his parents came to pick me and Skylar up I was so ready to go home, but I wasn't prepared for the crowd at our front gate. The next day(Tuesday) we decided after Lucas came home from school we were going to announce the birth of our daughter, and that her was Skylar Luna Lute (we gave her Lucas' last name) by then we had slowly started to create our You-tube channel, so we introduced her on there and on both of our Instagram's. Once Skylar was born and we had announced her, Lucas and I were being asked to be on talk shows, and radio shows with Skylar.  Some of the talk shows we aid yes to like Ellen, and Jimmy Fallon, and the late late show with James Corden but with saying yes to those going to school and trying to adjust to just having a baby we had to say no to a lot of the other request. A lot of people were asking why we had named her Skylar Luna Lute, and the answer was simple, the name Skylar meant Eternal life and strength, Luna is the Italian word for moon, and since both Lucas and I are part Italian we thought why not. Skylar's last name was even simpler "Lute" that's her dads last name. So now the three people that made up our family were me "Elizabeth Ellie Grace Dutton", my boyfriend and baby daddy "Lucas Fry Lute" and our first born "Skylar Luna Lute". Life was hard with a newborn, especially since I was only 16 years old and in about a month, at the end of November, Lucas would be 17. When I had finally gone back to school 2 weeks after her birth, mine and Lucas' parents took turns watching Skylar while Lucas and I were attending school. After I had found out I was pregnant I had decided to not join any clubs or after school requirement programs during the tenth grade so I could immediately go home to my baby after school was done for the day. While Lucas on the other hand had a different plan he according to his words he "still wanted to live his tenth grade life", but I mean who could blame him. After all it wasn't Lucas decision to keep the baby, it was mainly mine, but I knew Lucas scratch that, I had hoped Lucas would be there for me and the baby and so far he was. I didn't understand how he was managing to do it all, help me take care of the baby, help me go through after labor pains and my grouchiness, stay in and fully participate in after school programs and activities, and still get an all A average. I wish I was able to balance everything like he was doing. And did I forget to mention he still was keeping up with all of his friends. I mean honestly how did he do it all, I mean to this day I still don't know how he managed to do it all, I mean honestly what is your secret, just tell me already. As I started to get in to a routine of things days just passed by until it was Halloween. It was my baby's first holiday and first Halloween. we had chosen to dress her up like an angel/devil because she was half me and half Lucas. so as you might have guessed Lucas was an angel and I was a devil, which most matched our personality's. we had decided to go trick-or-treating in one of my old neighborhoods, I know were 16 and we still go trick-or-treating. We ended up going home at around 10 pm after Skylar had only been asleep for maybe 30 minutes, but we had 3 huge buckets full of candy that we had gone home with. Over the next month we had gotten back to our regular routine until Saturday November 4th.
