"What the hell?!?!" Was the first thing I heard when I neared the castle.
Oh my hades...

I picked up my pace and ran inside the castle holding my dress up to keep from stumbling.
I ran until I reached dad's throne room and knocked on the door panting from all the running.
"Come in!" Dad commanded from inside as his voice boomed around and I entered the door.
"Take a seat Adelaide." Mum spoke smiling softly at me and I sat down. She then turned to Thanatos and continued,"just tell us what happened from the start okay?"
Thanatos, like all other gods had a remarkable looks nevertheless that he was the god of Death.
Thanatos is lean and muscular, with a regal face, honey gold eyes, and black hair flowing down his shoulders.
His skin is the color of teakwood, and his dark wings glimmer in shades of blue, black, and purple.
The god of death walked around with a nervous look on his face and spoke,"M'lady as you know I am death and Cupid who is love is my brother. Last night, Cupid and I cursed a boy named Jasper at the same time which created a rebound curse much stronger than a single one.
Cupid's power and my power have been interchanged. I'm the god of love now and he's the god of death. The boy was affected too in this. The curse now is that once he is truly deeply in love with a girl and vice versa he will die. He will die when the confession is made.
And when he dies that is the time Cupid's and my roles will be back to normal."
I let out a gasp, my hand flying to my mouth.
Upon hearing this my mother staggered and sat down in a chair, shocked while my father went Rigid.
"What!" His voice hollered bouncing off the castle walls.
"Forgive me my lord." Thanatos spoke looking down.
"This is unacceptable! Humph. And I suppose there's one more there you have to say and I have a feeling I'm not going to like it." My father continued clenching his fists in ager.
Oh boy.. This is not good...
"Uh.. Yes my Lord... He, jasper can fall in love with only one girl..." Thanatos spoke his eyes hooded.
"Who is she?" Mother spoke looking at Thanatos.
"Adelaide..."
And that's when the hell broke loose.
