Chapter four || Full Moon ||

The hallway doors slammed open, revealing Lisanna Staruss. Saber High's slut and drama queen, is now at Fairy Academy. (Sorry if you like Lisanna). Everyone's attention went to the doors, as they saw a tallish girl with a silver bob cut, wearing the Fairy Academy's uniform, but with the skirt almost showing her red lace panties.

The school bell rang, everyone running to their respectful classrooms, to start Period 1. Lisanna headed for the office to get her schedule.

LUCY'S POV
FAIRY ACADEMY
ART CLASS,
10:30am~

"Alright Class. 10 more minutes until Class is finished for the day. Make sure you've finished your art project or putting it on the drying rack, put away your stuff and please CLEAN the paint brushes PROPERLY." The teacher, Ms. Apple exclaimed.

She sighed before turning her attention back to the computers screen, checking the roll for this class and the next class. She pushed her brown glasses up her face, wrinkles decorated her skin from stress and old age, her grey hair tied tightly into a bun.

A vintage patterned shirt with a dark blue apron with multiple splotches of different coloured paint, blue mum jeans with white runners with some patches of light blue paint on them from her Year 7 Class.

I was painting a sunset above the ocean, with the waves crashing into the sandy beach. A couple was running in the water, chasing the other, laughing having the time of their life's.

RING RING RING

"Alright Class, make sure that if you haven't finished your paintings for Friday, get them done tomorrow. Now shoo." Ms. Apple said.

The class of rowdy 17-18 year olds scrambled out of the art room door, ready to eat lunch and move around, getting rid of some of their built up energy.

I sat down at one of the tables under the magnolia trees, silently eating my sushi, scrolling through my phone. People were laughing and talking, as they got closer, I looked up and saw my friends coming over to sit at the table.

"Hey guys." I said cheerfully.

They all responded with positive responses. Trays hit the wooden table, as we all talked about tonight.

"Are you guys ready for tonight?" Mary asked happily.

They all nodded their heads quickly. Though, Chloe, looked very worried about it all. What happens if the school finds out she's a human. Her whole demanor would change, would her friends still hang out with her? Would she get bullied? She doesn't know.

Her face had a shadow looming over it, the others got worried for her, as this is the time that werewolves start worrying if they get a good or bad mate, that they gotta stick with for the rest of their living and breathing days of a mortal.

AUTHOR'S POV~

"Alright everyone settle down. Now. Tonight is when all the young pups find out who their mates are. Now let's start." The elder, Everblossom, said loudly.

She started to call out people until she got to Chloe, Lucy and Mary.

"Chloe Everglow and Mark Christian, please come up to the stage." The elder said.

Chloe and Mark got up and walked on to the stage, facing the elder.

"Now, hold hands and put them under the water." She said. They nodded and did as told.

"If the water turns pink, your mates, if it's grey, your not mates." She finished.

As the pair put their hands into the water, it turned grey. Chloe and Mark looked at each other sadly. Their eyes, tearing up, holding sorrow and sadness.

"Hm, Gray Fullbuster, come up here please." The elder said. He walked over and stood next to Chloe. They put their hands together and put them under water.

The water almost instantly turned pink, making the both of them blush deeply. The elder chuckled softly at the two.

"Chloe Everglow and Gray Fullbuster are mates." She said.

They went back to their friends, all talking as a mark of something the significant other appeared on Chloe's wrist.

Mary found out she's mates to Daniel.

"Lucy Heartfilia and Natsu Dragneel." They both walked onto the stage and put their hands into the water.

The elder's eyes turned wide, it had gone pink with red inside, swirling around it. She cleared her throat, disguising her shock.

"This is new, Natsu Dragneel, Alpha of the Dragneel Family, and Lucy Heartfilia, Omega of the Heartfilia Family, are the next born Royals of their families." She said.

Everyone started yelling from shock and confusion. They both looked at each other in shock and quickly went back to their friends.

This new information, may or may not, change their lives forever. New challenges surround the two, as a threat comes to make Lucy's life a dangerous one.
