Win is sulkily kicking the pavement as he walks like a turtle to the unending path to the palace. He decided to walk from the guardhouse to the main hall of the palace for him to have time to think. With his luggage being dragged a little noisily, Win cursed the one whoever it is that put him to his predicament.
He was lead by a butler on a very neat uniform that he wanted to mess it up so bad into the room that he will be using the time he was staying there.
Why is he even there? It's not like he will be competing for the Prince's hand for marriage.
After settling down, they were called, they as in the ten other girls who are currently judging Win's presence with their very very judgmental stares.
"Yeah, I too am wondering why I am here." He told the girl beside him.
"You are a guy?" The girl asked like it's a sin being a guy.
"That's what I am all my life unless my thing is not for a male then I may be living a lie." Win replied earning an eye roll from the girl.
"Do you need to be sarcastic?"
"Well for one it's so obvious that I'm a male, asking me it is like asking me if I'm human." Win replied lazily.
"Then what are you doing here?"
"I'm a tour guide." Win said not really interested to elaborate.
Before the day ended, they were brief of all the rules and regulations, what's allowed and not, the activities they will be doing for the whole month they are there. They don't see the royal family the whole duration and Win is glad for that. And after the dinner Win already forgot all the things that been said.
It was ten in the evening and he was already inside the room that was allocated for him. The room has an old style with a modern touch. Thick draperies surround the place giving the room a vibe of the past.
Win doesn't feel sleepy at all and being at a foreign place with a thought that he may end up in not so good places that added more to his restlessness.
