They were asked to stay to have dinner with everyone to celebrate the work that they accomplished that day and as the villagers thank you for the Prince and his entourage, the moms prepared meals for them before they leave the place.
The boisterous laughter, the endless anecdotes from the elders, and the small talks made them stay a little longer, and when they realized it's already eight in the evening.
As the Prince is about to say goodbye, a heavy rainfall started falling loudly, they never anticipated it because just this morning the sky is clear.
The worry of the Prince's security is how can they go home at this rate when they needed to walk a little further to get on the cars. With the way the rain is heavily pouring outside, it will be impossible for them to leave just like that.
"Your highness." The village called to get the Prince's attention who is currently weighing his options silently. "We don't have much here and we can't give you comfort that you deserve for the night but we can't let you leave and face this weather at this time. If you will let us, we offer you one of our cottages to spend your evening, we apologize for keeping you till late and because of that the weather forces you to stay here at this time, ." The old man said. They are embarrassed to think that they can't give the Prince any comfort that he should get and they felt guilty for making him stay longer that evening after all the favors that he gave to them making him stuck in their village where there is no hotel for him to sleep at.
"Don't apologize for the things you can't control, I apologize that I have to intrude and disturb you again with presence... Thank you for your hospitality." Bright decided to stay for the night, not taking chances for his team to trek at night with that unpredictable weather. And everyone is already tired by the heavy work during the day and he can see Win is about to pass out on how he is leaning on one of the pillars.
The Prince is not worried about the condition of where he is about to sleep, he is confident that he can adapt to it but he is worried if Win will be able to get comfortable to a foreign place that this.
Prince told his steward to inform the Palace for their extended stay to not make the King and Queen that may cause some trouble if they will send some search and rescue for his absence.
The Prince is supposed to be on one cottage where the village usually lets their visitors stay while Win will be put somewhere else but the Prince told them he doesn't mind having Win in the same place as him for it is partly his fault that Win is at that predicament.
His security will be doing their job to make sure that the Prince is safe in the new environment.
Win never imagine that they will be or the Prince will end up sleeping at that place.
